“OK, so my iPhone the screen cracked went back to replace it spent $126 and now my phone is saying the screen is on recognized. They should know better that they have to use iPhone parts for an iPhone 15 and older and now I’m at the mall waiting for them to open up and they’re late.
So I went back to the mall and I talked to the owner Mike he was very very nice and he fixed my phone costed me another hundred dollars but now my Phone is great and he told me why he was late and I sympathize with him and everything is great. I will go back again. This just goes to show you that just by looking at somebody you don’t know what they’re going through so just have patience. I am trying to learn to.”

Instead of doing what any store would have done and sold me a phone I didn't need, the owner took the time to clean my charger port out. Now my phone works like new. I will definitely be coming here when its time for an upgrade. 10/10 customer service!!”

I came here, hoping that I could buy a new phone not knowing what to expect and to my delightful surprise he was able to get me a iPhone 17 for $69. I wish I was lying because it sounds dramatic, but I’m using this to write the review before I leave the store.

I brought it back in and the second technician was great he swapped the screen again fast and actually fixed the issue. My phone works perfectly now. “My phone's screen was broken so I took it to get repaired. They didn't have mine right away but they told me the price and that it would take 3 days to get therer and it did! Got my phone fixed in about an 1 hour. My phone was low on battery so when I came to pick it up they were charging my phone. Also since I had already pre-ordered my glass screen protector I had it with me and they gladly helped me put it on. Best customer experience ever! Thank you so much!”

“The new manager Jesus, has to be the nicest and most helpful store rep that I've met or dealt with since buying my first cell phone 23 years ago. Really, everyone I've met at this branch is super nice and helpful but I met with him the most.
I'm a little old school but he was understanding and very helpful in helping me decide on a newer phone, being able to set my new phone up with all my older files, how to solve several other technical questions I had with getting everything how I prefer instead of all the default settings. Even if I thought of a question he didn't know, he quickly helped find the answers.”
