“My husband and I visited Chase Bank to open a new account, and everyone there was incredibly kind and helpful. Although we didn't have the correct paperwork initially and had to return a second time, the staff was understanding and supportive. During our second visit, we were more prepared and met with Aldo Burciaga. Aldo was exceptional - he was professional, courteous, and informative. We felt guilty because we arrived on a Friday at 4:40 pm, just 20 minutes before the bank closed. Despite this, Aldo still met with us and assisted us well past closing time, remaining patient throughout the process. We are incredibly grateful for his exceptional customer service. “It is a great band because of the TD Ameritrade I know as a young person I want to plan my future in retirement, so I might as well bank with a bank that also handles investments. However, upon opening my checking account, I was offered checks. I agree.I’m charged $12 but the checks never came. I called the branch & the Lady was semi-rude even though I’m always polite lol and she basically told me not my problem go put another order in and pay for it again I laughed and said not the greatest service to kickstart my new account. But I digress.However, because of that they get 4 stars. Besides, does any company really deserve 5 stars?!?! Idts lol also, you have to download a third banking app for alerts one app for the investments, and one app for the alerts. Jeesh talk about getting it in fr fr.”

“I frequent this branch, if I’m being totally honest there is usually a long wait time (especially around noon) but it’s something I just account for when I’m making a trip to this branch. “I visited this branch today looking to obtain a cashier's check. Due to no fault of their own, the check printing machine was experiencing technical difficulties and was unable to print the check. Yadira and Darlene worked tirelessly to fix the issue, even consulting with their technical support team to get the needed assistance. Both Yadira and Darlene stayed past closing to assist me with my request. In the end they were able to successfully provided me with the check I was hoping to obtain. It is clear the members of this branch truly prioritize customer service and satisfaction.”

Usually I have incredibly long wait times or difficulty accessing a human being with financial/healthcare institutions but this was reminiscent of way back when before the bots and automated options went out of control.
The person who helped me was incredibly helpful, friendly, and went the extra mile (called another dept to see if I could just get my title directly) and not only that, I had overpaid, so she also reconciled that and had a check sent to me for it! I have my title and check in hand and am glad it was such a smooth and pleasant experience. To whoever helped me, THANK YOU SO MUCH! I'd work with this institution again in a heartbeat.”
