βSchwab is the best in the business. My entire family have been using them for over a decade and I recommend them to everyone I can. No out of country call centers, no ridiculous upselling, low to no fees for transactions, and expert products at your finger tips.
the only downside is they need a new design overhaul to attract younger investors to compete with robinhood but I know that will come in due time.β

βIt is a great band because of the TD Ameritrade I know as a young person I want to plan my future in retirement, so I might as well bank with a bank that also handles investments. However, upon opening my checking account, I was offered checks. I agree.Iβm charged $12 but the checks never came. I called the branch & the Lady was semi-rude even though Iβm always polite lol and she basically told me not my problem go put another order in and pay for it again I laughed and said not the greatest service to kickstart my new account. But I digress.However, because of that they get 4 stars. Besides, does any company really deserve 5 stars?!?! Idts lol also, you have to download a third banking app for alerts one app for the investments, and one app for the alerts. Jeesh talk about getting it in fr fr.β

Heβs Superman and super nice and watch out fighting with qinqin and heβs chill bro donβt push the button. Heβs a real nice person. I know him personally OK very nice man has his team if you got a problem with his team, you got major Superman and if you have a problem go to superman. Yeah, I said superman you got that right heβs downtown and heβs real nice person be straight up and honest with him if you got a Palmer, his team member go to him go in the Angeles corner office. He has an office downtown and heβs super nice. Super nice. Iβve known him over 16 years and you know what super nice his name is Superman. He works at the bank in Newport downtown Providence, Rhode Island.β

βI frequent this branch, if Iβm being totally honest there is usually a long wait time (especially around noon) but itβs something I just account for when Iβm making a trip to this branch. Aside from the wait the employees are great. Specifically, Iβd like to thank Jon(or John, I donβt know how he spells it) who helped me today and couldnβt have been better. He really helped me when I was in a bind and the issue has already been taken care of when I was originally told 7-10 business days. Thanks again!β
βThe only Chase Bank in the downtown Providence area that you can access an ATM 24 hours. It has a drive-through where you can do that. Thank God for this location. We need another one closer to downtown Providence, please College Hill area please.β

βI visited this branch today looking to obtain a cashier's check. Due to no fault of their own, the check printing machine was experiencing technical difficulties and was unable to print the check. Yadira and Darlene worked tirelessly to fix the issue, even consulting with their technical support team to get the needed assistance. Both Yadira and Darlene stayed past closing to assist me with my request. In the end they were able to successfully provided me with the check I was hoping to obtain. It is clear the members of this branch truly prioritize customer service and satisfaction.β

βThis review of Bank Newport is focused on Karen DaCunha Xavier - my absolutely amazing, there EVERY step of the way lender for my mortgage! My home buying process was fast and furious- working with Karen was like working with a lifelong friend or family member. She took my calls late, sheβd text to check in, she helped guide me in both my offer but also with resources and her seasoned perspective on owning a multifamily. Karen also came in clutch when I had a small window of time to set up an account and the Barrington branch couldnβt help me. Karen and the Eastside team had everything ready when I walked in the door 10 mins after my panicked call and she even walked across the street to get me coffee and a croissant while I set up the account!!! If I could give 10 stars, I would!I honestly think that had it been anyone else but Karen that I got connected with I would have been overwhelmed and not confident enough to move at the pace I needed to win the house. Thank you, Karen and Bank Newport for making the hectic home buying process so smooth and getting me in to my dream house!!!β
