“Bill's is the best and I highly recommend them as your forever-car-guys. Bill was fun to chat with, they made sure to keep my repairs affordable, skipped the part where they replace something they only "thought.. maybe.. could" be the problem, got my car back to me quick, and didn't try to convince me that my car needed more than it really needed. I trust Bill's and wouldn't even think of trying anywhere else.”

“OK, this is a classic location. Right off the bike path. It's in a tight spot landwise but so is everything else in downtown Warren. Any other allegations by fellow reviwers are unproven, exaggerated most likely. And yeah the closing time is probably a town law because, again it's Warren. Go to bed. Anywho, this store is good, trust me everyone else is just whining. Have a nice day.”

“Love this place! My husband recently had his inspection done here, so when I got a flat tire he suggested I bring my car to them. Everyone was incredibly helpful - from the man who answered the phone when I first called, to the woman who helped when I bought my car in. She went above and beyond to work with the insurance company as well. And on top of being incredibly knowledgeable and excellent at their jobs, they’re also so friendly! Genuinely good people work here, and I can’t recommend K&W enough. Warren is very lucky to have this great, local gem!”
