“In the mid December of 2023 I had the privilege and pleasure to take an introductory lesson on kiteboarding with instructor Adriaan Lagaay of the Sessions company. Besides being very friendly, personable and engaging, Adrian is an outstanding kiteboarding instructor with years of experience and a passion for the sport that is contagious. I was most impressed by his teaching approach, which consisted of clear and simple explanation of the physical principles (e.g. environment, location, wind direction, etc.) of this sport, description of the kite's parts, their functions, strong emphasis on many of its safety aspects and actual hands-on practice of kite flying, which he introduced gradually, carefully and patiently.I definetly plan to continue taking kiteboarding lessons with Adriaan and will strongly recommend to my friends and acquaintaces to use him as their instructor in this exciting water sport.I.S”

“I found my yoga home at the Yoloha Yoga Studio. I go 3-4 times a week. Sometimes align&flow is what I need, sometimes slow burn, hot yoga or yin. Each and every instructor is awesome. Their special offerings are a blast. We will be flowing with Beyonce’s Cowboy Carter soundtrack next Friday on May 3rd. I cannot wait.”

Here’s my reasoning for given a 2* originally.
I wanted to buy a shirt they had on their site, I live out of state and am in town every other week for work. I didn’t want to have to drive into town and it not be there, so I called, but the phone number listed is dead. I emailed and never got a response. It was frustrating but that’s worth 2 stars.
I bit the bullet and drove in this evening. I was in the store for at least 10 min and the person at the counter was in the phone and never acknowledged me. I walked around the store 2-3 times and eventually found what I was looking for.
When the person was done with watching YikYak or whatever it was, they were friendly, patient and willing to help and chatted sports on tv.
Overall it’s a great little shop, and has great potential. Get a phone that rings, respond to emails, and acknowledge someone when they walk in. Easy stuff.

“One stop shop for all of my daughters list for dance class that she needed! Jo greeted us upon arrival and helped us right away! She helped us grab everything we needed from tights to leotards. The store has everything you could possibly need from gymnastics, dance, etc. We will definitely be back!”
“Staff always very helpful. Analyze swing and recommend proper loft and lie and adjust your clubs while you wait. Will even put spike replacements in your shoes for you.”

“This yeti store has everything that you need. Had been looking for a top for my 20 ounce cup for months. Even checked our website couldn’t find it walked into dozens of stores at seller products couldn’t find it. Walked in the girl handed it directly to me within a matter of seconds, I was really surprised by the customer service and the staff. I discussed getting a new yeti cooler. A lady was helping me with it and gave me some super ideas. I would definitely return here anytime I’m in town. It’s worth the travel if you’re a customer of theirs and if you’re not check it out, it’s the place to be if you’re yeti consumer. I’ll definitely be back.”
“Wonderful people!! Martha was over the top with kindness and knowledge!! We were invited to a prestigious Charleston New Year’s Eve ball. Being local we went to Berlin‘s to start out, a few hours later we left with me fitted perfectly for a tux (by Kraig who was awesome!!) and my wife with a beautiful evening gown and multiple other daily wear clothes. Highly recommend!”

“Outstanding service can completely change how you feel about a brand, and that’s exactly what happened when I spoke with Melanie at the Charleston Lululemon store.
The difference in customer service between Charleston and Mount Pleasant was like night and day. At Mount Pleasant, I had a disappointing call with a manager who was not very friendly or helpful. In contrast, Melanie at Charleston went above and beyond from the very first moment.
I called to ask about a specific item. She immediately said, “Hang tight, let me check for you.” Within a minute she was back on the line, letting me know they didn’t have it in stock. Without me even asking, she offered to look at other locations. She found the item, gave me the details, and did all of it with a friendly, professional tone.
That kind of initiative and genuine customer care makes a huge difference. Melanie truly represents the best of Lululemon. I’ll continue shopping at the Charleston store because of the experience she created.”

“Not nearly as bad as the other reviews made it seem. I got here at 8:50am for a 9:00am live load. Got right into a dock and now pulling out at 11:40am. Nice office staff and plenty of room to maneuver. Also will let you take your 10 hour break here. Did have to wait a bit for the bills.”
