“Very attractive buildings and well tended flowers. Easy to follow the directions boards, lots of parking, nice restrooms. A good variety of vendors - we always buy our Skechers from Tanger. I miss the cookware store which had some quirky items which made good gifts.”
“I'm giving this place five stars because although they didn't have anything in the store that I wanted this time around, they do have stuff in the store that I do want at times. I like the Adidas store and I like some of the outfits. Especially when they go old school with things. I wish they would have more old style shoes and stock. And not just like the generic t.j Maxx looking ones that have the funky hard leather. But the ones that are nice and cool looking. Y'all know what I'm talking about.”

“Came in here as it was by our hotel, small little shop but so much to choose from, large variety of all sports and teams (even some college apparel) not too pricey compared to fanatics or a college bookstore. Will definitely return it back in the area. Staff was also really nice !!”

“Stopped in for a hockey game over the weekend. Friends daughter was playing and wanted to cheer her on. Location was easy to get into and there is plenty of free parking. The lot was pretty full though because the Citadel was also playing hockey at that time. Smaller arena had just enough seating for family and friends. Didn't order any food or drink, so can't comment on that. Didn't go upstairs either, so can't comment on that. Ice was frozen, which makes for a better hockey game. Zamboni driver seemed to know what he was doing. Kids had a blast and we enjoyed watching them play.”

“The Columbia Factory Store has a wide selection of active outdoor clothing, shoes, coats, and various other items. When I was there, they had great prices on winter coats. The store was clean and well organized. The staff was available to help if needed.”

This store is organized, clean, and bright. The layout of the store makes it easy to navigate from the men's to the women's sections. The displays are bright and ear catching. The shelves and racks are stocked. Shoe cleaners, socks, and other accessories can be found by the registers. The associates were friendly and helpful. Because of COVID, they are limiting the number of customers inside the store at one time.”
