“The people in this store are amazing. Mrs. Betsy and Mrs. Katie were the nicest, most pleasant and most helpful duo I met all week. I was extremely impressed and happy when I left. When a store and it's employees are this polite and professional, there should be more stars on the review. And this isn't a review for Metro PCS necessarily, it's a review of the people that run the store. Go, switch carriers, and meet these wonderful people.
Edit: more businesses need to look to this particular store for their hiring system. The guy in there this last visit was awesome, helpful, respectful. Sion(sp) was just one of a group of awesome employees there. You don't go here you are doing them and yourself a disservice.”

“I need my LG flatscreen 55 inch size I spoke with an associate from this TV repair store. He was completely honest and frank with me, which gave me a breath of fresh air because he did not try to use my ignorance by saying yes, come on will try to fix it and charge me massive prices. He was very honest very frank about what will be available to me and what would be my best option and what he would have to do and how it would cost me and what was his suggestion. “I thought I had lost my phone. The SIM was locked and the phone was muted. It took 3 people to pull out every trick they could think of to get around all the impediments and determine where the phone was. Jessica in particular worked very hard to help me. She had to get her manager involved for higher level options before the end result was reached. In the end, it was determined that my dumb self had merely dropped the phone down the side of the driver's seat of my car. They could have just sold me another phone, as I was prepared to do. But they saved me the money by finding it. I am extremely grateful for their efforts.”

We wanted to keep our same numbers from another carrier and she helped us all the way through with it. She is very patient and gave us the best customer service we have ever experienced! My mom was also very satisfied with how easy Mrs.Hilda made the whole process. She was very great at communicating with us and made us feel very comfortable. She also makes it very easy for non-english speakers to get a full understanding of the services Cricket provides. Will definitely be recommending to other people.”

I’m unsure of the name I worked with but man I will for sure take all my electronic needs to them and recommend them from here on out. “Just started a new plan with Verizon. While I am not happy with the corporate customer support over the phone from their support line and the excuse for “assistance” with my issue I was given by the support agents over the phone, the employees at this location on garners ferry road are absolutely phenomenal. The store was clean, organized and the employees were fast and extremely attentive to my issue and needs. I had the pleasure of working with Sean and his manager on duty (whose name I didn’t get) were so helpful in trying to get me the solutions I needed to start fixing my problem. They made sure to use any option or possible solution they had/ could find to help me correct the issue I was having that the otp customer support was completely disregarding.. Highly recommend seeing either one of them and shopping from this store if you are in the market for a new phone/accessories and want amazing customer service/experience.”
“It would appear Target's target is actually the uncanny valley. They have a lot of goods of various size and shape, but they're also starting to add a lot of statuary to their decorating. Some of it is cute oversized dogs in the fashion of Spuds McKenzie or the RCA Dog. Some of it, though, is T2000 still faceless void people. Great store, though.”
