The entire staff gives you a warm, friendly welcome, and it’s a great environment. You’re not standing around with no one paying attention to you. Not only is the person you’re working with Attentive to you but all of the staff. I was offered water, coffee or soda ? lol WHAAATT!!! I’ve NEVER been offered that in a cellular phone store. I would recommend them to anyone looking for new service or to upgrade if you’re already are a T-Mobile customer.

He literally tossed his across the floor which was amusing?. He was able to get me a better phone within my budget that fit all of my needs. “Wow!! It isn’t quite often you come across a mom and pop shop of store so to speak that genuinely cares for a consumer and offers so much help. I’m unsure of the name I worked with but man I will for sure take all my electronic needs to them and recommend them from here on out. From multiple phone calls to even going in person the genuine care of me as a potential customer was there. Even showing me options that my be more my price range if a complete repair was too much. “2 years ago, Emil moved my entire family to T-Mobile from Verizon (after being loyal Verizon customers for 27+ years.) Emil was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, friendly, and kind. We were able to set up 7 phone lines, 3 watch lines, and internet service for 2 households.
Fast forward to last week. Even though commission is no longer an incentive for T-Mobile employees, Emil provided exemplary service! He showed so much patience helping me navigate switching plans, upgrading 2 phones, and answering my never-ending barrage of questions. Customer service of this caliber can be hard to come by these days, but Emil goes above and beyond every time!”

“I visited the T-Mobile store on Harden Street with a complex billing issue — I was being overcharged and had an outstanding balance that needed to be resolved. Brady was incredibly helpful and understanding. He took the time to call T-Mobile customer service on my behalf and walked me through the entire process to make sure everything was resolved correctly. He was kind, patient, and extremely knowledgeable throughout the experience. The store manager was also very helpful and supportive. If I ever run into another issue, I’ll definitely be returning to the Harden Street T-Mobile store. Excellent customer service! R. Wright”
“I would have to give the store and immaculate 4.5. Abdul was one of the best and customer service that I have met in so long. The moment I came in he was alert. But not only that he asked me for my price range and met it perfectly. It included my phone protection screen and case. He made sure that everything was attached as far as my information to be able to transfer all my stuff over from my very broken phone to my now brand new and, may I say it fits me perfectly, phone. “Just started a new plan with Verizon. While I am not happy with the corporate customer support over the phone from their support line and the excuse for “assistance” with my issue I was given by the support agents over the phone, the employees at this location on garners ferry road are absolutely phenomenal. The store was clean, organized and the employees were fast and extremely attentive to my issue and needs. I had the pleasure of working with Sean and his manager on duty (whose name I didn’t get) were so helpful in trying to get me the solutions I needed to start fixing my problem. They made sure to use any option or possible solution they had/ could find to help me correct the issue I was having that the otp customer support was completely disregarding.. Highly recommend seeing either one of them and shopping from this store if you are in the market for a new phone/accessories and want amazing customer service/experience.”
“It would appear Target's target is actually the uncanny valley. They have a lot of goods of various size and shape, but they're also starting to add a lot of statuary to their decorating. Some of it is cute oversized dogs in the fashion of Spuds McKenzie or the RCA Dog. Some of it, though, is T2000 still faceless void people. Great store, though.”

Tay the store manager, along with his colleagues Tamika and Tonya were super friendly, patient, and extremely helpful in getting my physical sim card from my completely dead old phone transferred to an esim on my new phone. They also stayed with me and made sure that my contacts and other items from my cloud account to the new device. Also huge props to Tay for helping to put a screen protector on my new device! “The sales staff in the camera department and tv department were very knowledgeable and helpful. This store is a hub in South Carolina, meaning it carries an expanded variety of products to choose from. I am shopping for a new semi-professional camera and need to hold them to see if the ergonomics are ok for my hands. I was very pleased they had all of the Nikon mirrorless cameras on display, so I was able to rule out certain ones. We purchased a TV and sound system after the salesman (Nathan S.) spent a lot of time educating us on the newer technology and helping us to find the best deal.
