He took the time to make sure he found out where the problem was and verified that our issues were corrected. He is not only a pleasant, well spoken young man but is extremely knowledgeable in his field. His work ethic is very much appreciated and something you don’t see enough of these days.”

“Great store! Employees are so nice! I was in the store today where a woman was fussing and had no patience due to her or boyfriend's account not being authorized. The employees handled her so nicely. I had to come and praise their patience despite it being the end of the night and they were obviously short staffed. The employees explained for security reasons, they don't keep every phone out. Obviously that was a problem for her. Thank you for handling the customers with respect and courtesy despite dealing with crazy situations. I didn't want that comment to be the last one that was seen! Keep up the good work!”

“Matt Loretta went out of his way to resolve my issue and guarantee my satisfaction as a new customer. He ruled out the most common issues, then he got on Tech Support. It seems my previous carrier had to provide a pin #. He set me up at a desk with a phone and allowed me to sit there and get on tech support with my previous provider. It took over an hour, and Matt periodically checked with me to see if I needed anything. Finally we got a new pin and he initiated the transfer of service. It worked! Matt gave me personal service instead of sending me to automated Tech Support. We need more Matt Lorettas in this world. Thanks for a great customer experience!!!”

He got me a new modem and figured out my service without an appointment. He was super kind! We had pleasant small talk about his wife (who is a physicalist, doing the lords work!) while he helped me. These wonderful people were able to restore my contacts and photos. I was incredibly grateful. Also learned the Verizon messenger does not back up your texts. “I had a horrible experience with Xfinity over the phone a few weeks back and was going to cancel my service after 4 years. I went by my local Xfinity store in Mt. Pleasant, SC to return outdated equipment and it was a completely different experience that made me feel like I was a valued customer. The female manager of the store was so welcoming, not pushy and wanted to help! Devon was the sales representative that helped me find a package that would save me money. “This location is perfectly situated in the shopping center right at the entrance. We were greeted by Mark and he assisted me with my new phone. The store is well lit - lots of new devices - and they are preparing for their Black Friday Sales!! Very airy feeling - the employees had a great sense of humor. Very cute seating area with a huge TV screen and surround sound. Mark assisted me and continued to check on my phone while it was transferring data. Mark even provided great recommendations for the Charleston area eateries. Thank You Mark!!!”

They were very warm and inviting- I was seen in 10 minutes and my SIM card was replaced in all of 2 minutes ! This is the best store in Charleston by far.”

“I am a bit confused as to why WOW! has such low reviews. This is our second ISP in the Charleston area and it outclasses the competitor by a mile and then some. The contractor they hired to instal the internet was a very personal, down-to-earth, and entertaining character with 35+ years experience in Cable/Internet/TV installs. It's not fiber optic by any means, but smooth as silk compared to what we had previously.”
