“I'm sorry, I know I'm gonna butcher your name, but Leatreasa absolutely turned my experience around. I suspended service on a line (grounded my kid) and went back to activate the line...and the line was not on my account anymore.

I chatted with the bot and it just kept asking me if I needed more help and never answered my question. I called and asked for customer service to help with what i thought would be a trivial issue, but the guy i got was trying to give me a promotion and a new phone and line. Got frustrated and decided to go to the actual store.

Full transparency, the lack of being able to solve a simple problem via chat or calling customer service had me frustrated to the point of just paying off the devices and moving to a different carrier. Thankfully I got an absolutely amazing representative who solved all my problems with the click of a button. Seriously, I know its a trivial issue, but the experience I had with online and over the phone help left me wondering about customer service in general with Verizon. She fixed it and has my thanks....I did not wanna call back and jump through the hoops again and still have no resolution. It's Saturday, I just wanna chill. Thank you!”

“We were having a billing problem with our Comcast bill. Our bill went up over $130. dollars a month without adding any extra services. I tried three times to get it fixed over the phone, and each time I was assured that it was fixed and it wasn't. We went to the Xfinity store in West Ashley on April 6, 2026.Janequa helped us and assured us that the problem was taken care of. Due to our previous experiences with Comcast, I felt hopeful but wanted to wait until the actual bill came Janequa not only fixed the problem but was able to lower our previous price by $10. a month. As retired Seniors, every little bit helps. We had discussed switching companies,but thanks to Janequa, we will be staying with Comcast.”

“Amazingly experienced technical help at this store! My phone did a reset (still can't figure out how that happened). All of my phone info was GONE. These wonderful people were able to restore my contacts and photos. I was incredibly grateful. Also learned the Verizon messenger does not back up your texts. The app doesn't even have the feature to save conversations. If they get deleted, they are gone forever.”

“This location is perfectly situated in the shopping center right at the entrance. We were greeted by Mark and he assisted me with my new phone. The store is well lit - lots of new devices - and they are preparing for their Black Friday Sales!! Very airy feeling - the employees had a great sense of humor. Very cute seating area with a huge TV screen and surround sound. Mark assisted me and continued to check on my phone while it was transferring data. Mark even provided great recommendations for the Charleston area eateries. Thank You Mark!!!”

“Went in on Thursday because my mom was paying too much for her bill and needed to change it. She's not technologically advanced so she had no idea. Steven helped me out and I came back today because of the billing cycle and helped me save my mom about $80 a month. Great place, ask for Steven, he was awesome.”

“Had the best experience at TMobile yesterday. I walked-in and was taken care of by Makiah Shenay. I got a new phone for Christmas and was apprehensive about transferring the phone number and my Mum’s older phone number over due to past responses of different answers, hoops to jump through, PIN numbers, phone call verifications from not being the administrator for the family plan. Thanks to Makiah’s professionalism, patience, and knowledge, it was an easygoing process that prevented distress. Makiah did an exceptional job addressing customers and checking them in to ensure the wait times weren’t as lengthy. Very appreciative of this pleasant customer service and relieved I didn’t have to change carriers!”

“Kyle and his staff are wonderful. I had an issue no one on the customer service line could seem to figure out and when I took the problem into the store it was resolved that day. They took the time to hear my side of the issue and got right down to business. If you need service for anything AT&T and this store is the way to go!”
