“Returning packages to Amazon is normally why I visit any of the UPS Stores. The issue I have with the store in Lake Wylie is the location, it's nestled in with restaurants, so going anytime between 11:30-1pm, forget about it. I drive to the Gastonia location off Union, although there's a HT and restaurants, the in and out is much easier even during mid-day. Wishing Lake Wylie would move to an easily accessible location no matter the time of day.”

“It is much easier to do business with the UPS store that with the USPS office. At this particular location, the people are nice and efficient.
The little negative is the design of the parking lot (not the UPS store fault, though). It is difficult to get in and out when it gets full.

“This is the very first time I have felt warmly welcomed in to a UPS store! This is a true rarity (in my experience). The warmth of a family owned AND operated UPS store, where it is obvious they enjoy one another and care about the customer. They stayed open a few minutes after closing and welcomed me with a smile and offered me assistance with securing/taping my pre-labeled box. I have never felt like anything but an inconvenient burden when dropping off packages at other locations around the area. After today’s experience, I will be making them the only location I use.
On a personal note: With an hour of terrible traffic jams and rerouting to get there .. y'all really changed my whole vibe today by just being authentically kind. It’s rare to encounter folks like you. You are appreciated!”

I agree with lot of reviews. Terrible customer service with particular employee. I came in with amazon returns (already labeled and boxed) and she rolled her eyes and said “oh they better not be all returns”. Like what does it matter to you? The store makes money off it. Sigh”

“We just had the best experience at the UPS store #0909 to send of 1st college care package to our daughter in Nashville TN. The clerk was extremely helpful and kind! Then, we saw the regular afternoon UPS late afternoon Pickup Driver to thank him for his work. He remembered our daughter from seeing our family for over 10 years! Extremely impressed!

“One of the best customer service experiences I have ever had the store manager Christine is extremely patient and sweet and caring went above and beyond to help us even though she was busy we waited patiently for our boxes to be packed to be by her self she was on point deserves a raise also the A4 print job I was reading that is a European measurement so your staff did an amazing job as that would not be their fault also I didn't think it was your employee job to fix a internal issue with the printer I was there this day as well and she was very nasty and rude to the employee who was trying to help her and it was not the store manager. Your employees have always shown professionalism. People need to understand that we do the American standard of measures not European that it should be stated when they come in and not harass the staff for not knowing another countries measures”
