“I am writing to share my highly positive experience at the Red Wing store in Pineville, NC. After ordering a couple of pairs of shoes online and struggling to find the correct fit, I visited the store for assistance.
Upon entering, I was immediately welcomed by a team member named Stephanie. She was incredibly helpful and eager to assist me in finding the right fit and the best shoes for my needs. Stephanie had me use an imaging machine to analyze my gait and determine my exact foot size. She then presented the best options based on my requirements.
Additionally, Stephanie recommended the correct inserts to address the way I walk on the outside of my foot. Thanks to her guidance and the combination of the new shoes and inserts, my foot pain has significantly subsided.
I highly recommend visiting the Pineville, NC Red Wing store to explore their selection and get your feet scanned by their knowledgeable shoe experts.”

“Me and my girlfriend were behind the man that alleges that he was forced out at closing time, and I just wanted to clear up that from what we saw and heard, that was not the case. She was patient with him while he held up the line taking pictures of the boots he was purchasing and asked her multiple times for a 20% discount and she told him the best she could do was 10% if he got two pairs so that’s what he did. He then proceeded to take his bags and continue to look around the store at 7:10. He was never told to leave, and at one point, my girlfriend, who also speaks Spanish, politely told him that she thought they were closing. Our experience was great, and we will be back.”

I love reading reviews, BUT from what I noticed about peopleike you is you leave bad reviews about things that are irrelevant to the reason you was at a person's place of business.I never been here before but I'm here to take up for all business owner's because I'm one also.*I assume you went to make a purchase so why would you need to see in the store from outside. They could possibly be doing that for safety reasons as well as keeping the doors locked... you don't know what they could have experienced.*You went to make a purchase I assume so why are you trying to vibe with the sales associates. “When I was a employee there I Loved it until this one assistant manager tried to sit me up like I was a thief then after I quit she claim they found what was missing she had it all the time because I saw her when she took it out of the cash draw said she was going to the bank at the end of the shift she claim that money was missing "" she didn't like me I didn't care because one thing about it God knows and see everything and I am like I said to her I'm a minister let's call the police and find with the money is she try to get me to leave the store so she can put it on me but I told her no I'm going to sit there until we leave the store and that's what I did and I just never showed up but I loved in my job and I think that it's fashion is the bomb fashion wise wow I love it but I just haven't been back over there to shop because I do not like the way they did me for no calls so I hope this get to corporate office cuz I tried to reach out and call you guys to let you all know what happened My name is Louis Owens and I love it's fashion Metro if you ever need a model let me do it I am the one God bless”

“I came in here with a friend with no intentions of making a purchase. However, I found a pair of Ariat Chelsea boots that I fell in love with. Jacob was so helpful in leading me to the perfect boot in terms of style and comfort. He went above and beyond to assist me. I was helped at purchase by the manager (Ken) who was patient with me explaining how to get rewards points on my next purchase even though it was nearing the end of his work day. “Great service!! I walked in and was immediately greeted by southern style Texas dresses and clothes... before I could vomit outside a very kind worker named Erin helped me she was very kind and sweet and had the best style in the store clearly and pointed me over to the candles. I ended up buying their famous volcano and also the crystal candle! They smell very great and Erin did an amazing job of helping me pick, directing me, and I even fell into cardiac arrest and she helped me recover! I met the manager Rachel too and she was nice but Erin is the reason I'll go back! Very great store aesthetically though I think while I was in cardiac arrest I heard something about $12.50 or $8 an hour and God told me to get Erin a raise in that moment Great experience 10/10”

What a great experience, truly had a wonderful time purchasing shoes today.
My girlfriend & I came in not knowing what to expect having not been fitted for shoes in 5+ years. Immediately upon entering, we met Pam, who was just such a delight. She scanned our feet and took our gait walking path to get the best information on what shoe styles and foot support would be best for our feet. She also took the time to make sure that every pair of shoes we tried, which was quite a lot, fit and felt great and we were getting exactly what we wanted, needed and was comfortable for us. 10/10 service and experience. 100% will be back.”
