“Nichols Store works with Traeger warranties for repairs, and Jonathan was a tremendous help in getting our smoker fixed. He made communicating easy, and even picked up the grill and dropped it off after fixing. As if that wasn't enough, Jonathan even filled our smoker with pellets to the brim after testing to make sure it was fixed. I haven't been to the actual store, but I certainly will if I'm in the area.”

What a great experience, truly had a wonderful time purchasing shoes today.
My girlfriend & I came in not knowing what to expect having not been fitted for shoes in 5+ years. Immediately upon entering, we met Pam, who was just such a delight. She scanned our feet and took our gait walking path to get the best information on what shoe styles and foot support would be best for our feet. She also took the time to make sure that every pair of shoes we tried, which was quite a lot, fit and felt great and we were getting exactly what we wanted, needed and was comfortable for us. 10/10 service and experience. 100% will be back.”
