“Ricky! Never got the survey text so I figured I'd contribute here. Walked in and was assisted by Ricky, the store manager. Well versed and professional. He took care of what I walked in there for and promptly gave me the paperwork for personal filing. Clean place, cool atmosphere and pleasant representative (Ricky in this case). From T-Mobile wireless to their Wi-Fi, you can get it all taken care of here. Thank you Ricky; very satisfied!”

“This is a clean store that accepts plastic bottles for recycling. I use to have recycling at my home but they stopped this. I will go here at least once per month because they are the only store that accepts plastic bottles and other recycling.
They have a nice selection of items to buy.”
“I went to this store today (Simpsonville), and was helped by Dustin, who traded in my old iPhone and upgraded me to the new 17. I was in and out in 20 minutes. The customer service in this store is absolutely phenomenal. In the past few months I’ve also been helped by Nick, Steven and Tommy, who are just as knowledgeable, down to earth, and professional. I won’t be going to any other store! I’d much rather fight traffic and be helped by these guys, than to call Verizon support and be frustrated by the poor customer service and lack of knowledge. Verizon Simpsonville is the store to go to!”
“After several stores in my area closed, I started visiting this GameStop on my way home from work. Now I go out of my way to see them almost anytime I shop for gaming. They usually answer the phone when I call to ask questions, and are knowledgeable and sociable when I’m in the store. I bought my PS5 there recently, and couldn’t be happier with it. I was able to find exactly the version of the system I was looking for and get the best deal on it, as well as some extra items I needed for my setup. They even hooked me up with the GameStop credit card so I was able to double the points I earned on future purchases. The manager, Will, and his employees have made this location an excellent one stop solution for most of my gaming needs, as well as just an enjoyable place to shop. As an avid gamer who has worked in retail, I really appreciate the effort these guys put forth. Thank you, and keep up the great work.”

“Target is awesome! I never really shopped at target much until recently. This location seems to be excellent. I’ve had plenty of times where I needed assistance from employees and they were always friendly and accurate and helped me.

“Target is a decent store with a lot of choices. I bought a zero water filter that was on sale for 10 bucks less than what was on the website. You have options to choose from as they had zero water and several other choices so the selection was good. I do like the specials they have where you buy $50 and get a $15 gift card. I had some issues getting mine in self-serve check out but Brittany was able to help me out and she did a great job.”

“Target needs to work on their inventory management. I looked up a toy I wanted and drove to Simpsonville to get it.
They did not have it in stock. I was upset as it was 11 miles out of my way. The store is clean, well stocked and staff were helpful.”
“The process from order to delivery has been awesome! John is a great manager, very professional and helpful. The crew who delivered the bunk bed, Cordell and Donald, are a great crew. “Had an issue with the number being stolen from my phone. Went to different corporate stores, and was on the phone with main corporate, with no success to retrieve number to put back on my phone. Went to this location, and after a month of fighting to get my number back, this location was able to assist me by getting issue fixed within an hour. Won't go anywhere else now if I can help it!”
