“The amazing manager~Susan and lovely cashier Miss E (don’t want to misspell her name~so Miss E it is lol) were SOOOO patient and sweet with me at my visit tonight.I had an annoying issue with my slow service on my iPhone and I wanted to pull up this $10 off coupon to use but it wouldn’t load!!!As my anxiety starts to kick in, Susan and Miss E were simply a breath of fresh air because they waited with me for it to load and everything!!!I’m sure NO where else would have done what they did for me and it’s appreciated. We need more people like them in this world!!Overall amazing customer service with an organized and super clean store!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️I will be back soon. Thank y’all! ?? Nikki”

This Exchange is definitely one of our favorite, because it's just the right size. They always have what we're shopping for and their prices are very affordable. This Exchange has a Class VI also co-located, which is very nice and allows us to restock our liquor cabinet.”
“I love love love this location! It was the first store I went to when I moved to Hanahan and the cashiers were so friendly. I've been going here for 2 years now and every time is amazing. The store is so clean and organized. It doesn't matter the time/day of week I go, it's always top notch. I compare it to expensive publix but better because products are cheaper. Everyone who works this store is gold.”

“Just want to applaud one of the workers she had dreadlocks didn’t get her name but she was working the cash register AND helping out in self check out due to them being short staffed. Even though she was really busy she still had a positive attitude.”
“I would have given 5 stars but you can no longer self checkout unless you have 15 items or less. The wait lines for more than that are very long and hard on people with disabilities. Customer service is OK, depending on how that person day is going. I'm less than impressed. Walmart has gone down hill for a long time.”
