“The Manager of this store (Cree) is the absolute best! He helped me switch both my phone line and my son's line from Cricket. As many of you know this can be a challenging switch (we really wanted to keep our telephone numbers.) Cree took care of us and handled everything for me. He was very kind and knowledgeable. Everything he explained to me happened precisely when and how he said it would. I never felt swindled or pressured and felt confident I was getting an excellent deal. I even returned about a month and a half later to purchase my husband a phone and switch him over from Boost. I have also witnessed his interactions with new staff members and his training methods. Very patient with trainees and helps them to understand why certain protocols are in place.
(obviously off topic but I wanted to coment on this as well to showcase his incredible level of multitasking) taking care of me ( a needy customer who is technologically challenged) and providing good training methods at the same time is very valuable and shows dedication.
