“CPR Cell Phone Repair in Summerville, SC fixed a problem with my laptop yesterday, and it took 18 total minutes from my initial phone call to walking out the door, problem fixed. Gabriel listened to my problem, encouraged me to bring the laptop in; he immediately spent 4-5 minutes investigating and resolving the issue and then I was on my way!
Compare this to another repair service I had called that didn't even want me to bring it to their shop until late next week, and then they estimated it would take an additional week to look at it.

Carla was fast and efficient and Jedi was great as well helping customers pay their bill while activating someone’s tablet. They make you feel welcome and take care of business. “My wife and I stopped in here to get her phone fixed, turned out it just needed a new screen protector. The two men working were extremely helpful and the services were very reasonably priced and handled quickly. They also have some really cool arcade machines that they let me play.”
“The Manager of this store (Cree) is the absolute best! He helped me switch both my phone line and my son's line from Cricket. As many of you know this can be a challenging switch (we really wanted to keep our telephone numbers.) Cree took care of us and handled everything for me. He was very kind and knowledgeable. Everything he explained to me happened precisely when and how he said it would. I never felt swindled or pressured and felt confident I was getting an excellent deal. I even returned about a month and a half later to purchase my husband a phone and switch him over from Boost. I have also witnessed his interactions with new staff members and his training methods. Very patient with trainees and helps them to understand why certain protocols are in place.
(obviously off topic but I wanted to coment on this as well to showcase his incredible level of multitasking) taking care of me ( a needy customer who is technologically challenged) and providing good training methods at the same time is very valuable and shows dedication. Needless to say I am a very happy customer because of Cree! AT&T you need 1000 more like him! ?”

“I have been a Rent-A-Center customer for almost 2 years now And the people at my Rent-A-Center are super. It takes a lot of patience sometimes with me and Joseph and his crew have been awesome. We've worked together and managed to have a very good relationship. They have a smooth system, not tons of red tape and deliveries are fast and thorough.. “Leroy was very helpful every time I went here. The other employees are always friendly and offering assistance. My Motorola razr flip has had manufacturer issues a few times with the screen malfunctioning. I have had to make a warranty claim several times and I don't have the patience to deal with their warranty department. Leroy makes the calls for me when he doesn't have to. I hope y'all are paying him well, he deserves it. I have seen him help other customers and he is very knowledgeable. This is my go to store for sure .”
