“Yesterday I booked a appointment at this store because I was having an issue with my phone messaging. I was pleasantly surprised when Daniel was able to solve the problem. We started talking and he told me about a great promotion that Samsung was having. He answered all of my questions and even wrote it all down for me. There was no pressure, just great information! I came home and thought about it and ended up going back today to take advantage of the promotion. I even brought my daughter who was considering switching from Android to iphone. Again, they answered all our questions and spent a great deal of time with us. We walked out of the store feeling pretty good about our decisions and our purchases. Daniel, Courtney and Joey were absolutely wonderful and provided EXCELLENT customer service. It's so nice to know there are still businesses out there that remember how to treat their customers. “Amazingly experienced technical help at this store! My phone did a reset (still can't figure out how that happened). All of my phone info was GONE. These wonderful people were able to restore my contacts and photos. I was incredibly grateful. Also learned the Verizon messenger does not back up your texts. The app doesn't even have the feature to save conversations. If they get deleted, they are gone forever.”
