“June 10th 2024 my dad and I went to AT&T at around 3 PM EST. The crowd levels only consisted of about 2 other people being assisted by a store representative and in total three store reps had been in there. We stayed for about 1 1/2 hours setting our phones up and whilst doing so people would come in and take care of what they needed to do rather quickly! The store is also very spacious which is nice! The store representatives absolutely know what they are doing 100%
Lexi helped my dad and I! I just have to say Lexi did a fantastic job and seriously helped us out with every thing we needed and what we had questions on! From the plan, to setting the phones up, to transferring plans she did it all! Lexi 100% knows exactly what she is doing and though the process from specifically my phone took over an hour and the watch took a while she had been very patient and ready for pretty much everything! Overall I am absolutely happy with my experience and I have nothing bad to say at all about this AT&T store! Not even kidding the experience had been so smooth and very straightforward!
As far as the case I am so happy with it and love the way it looks! I believe I may not purchase another case and just stick with this one:) I also want to shout out to Lexi for that as well!!

“I went to this location today on my lunch break. Justin helped me with my phone upgrade and was very honest and upfront. He didn’t try to sell me in any fancy cases or chargers, he knew I was in a hurry and assisted me appropriately. Even though they were busy he was calm and collected and it really stood out to me. Usually I hate having to go to a phone store but he was just amazing!”

“Did a great job on the screen repair. Had some trouble getting in contact with them via phone and scheduling a time to get the phone fixed. They tested the screen for me before they gave it to me and the first on had problems (manufacturing issue, not their fault) and they got me a second one that had no issues and replaced it again for no additional charge. I would use them again.”

Extremely knowledgeable and kind. I walked in without service and left a very satisfied customer today (with activated First Net, too). Luke, Donna, and especially Amanda went absolutely above and beyond to help me find the perfect solution for my needs. Their dedication to finding the best deals was truly impressive – they took the time to explore every option and made sure I was getting the most value possible. It's rare to find a team so genuinely committed to putting their customers first.
Amanda, in particular, was exceptional. Her knowledge, patience, and warm approach made what could have been a stressful process actually enjoyable. She answered all our questions thoroughly and made sure I understood every aspect of my new plan and devices.
The level of service I received here is what customer service should be – personal, attentive, and genuinely caring. This team doesn't just process transactions; they build relationships and make sure every customer leaves satisfied.

“I had problems with changing to a new phone and went to the Washington St store. The girls there set me up perfectly, and I got Internet while I was there. The girls set everything up perfectly, and I have good phone service and good Internet. Even if you need to drive a little farther, go to this store if you want things done a little better than normal. You will be so glad you did because these girls know what they are doing, and they do things that seem small, but make a huge difference in service, and can fix problems you have had.”

They are extremely knowledgeable, professional, patient, and kind. On one occasion, transferring data from an older phone to a new phone took longer than anticipated. In fact, it was 30 minutes after closing before the transfer was complete.
