“Tim and Brad were both very helpful and professional with me in discussing a wifi, with Verizon this time, as well as a newer phone. In handling the order, I made an error that caused them to need to meet with me once again. Both times were quite pleasant and all was worked out quiet well. The Verizon hookup was so easy and convenient. I am also thrilled with the new mobile smart phone I received. “A lot of places in town SAY they'll repair your electronics...but TT Wireless is the only place that DID repair my devices. I had two kind of oddball devices that both had broken charging ports - and he fixed them both!! This is the only shop in town that I've found will actually solder parts - he does microsoldering and it looks like he can source non-standard pieces. He does so much more than phones, and his prices are fair. Highly recommend this shop.”

“I have issues with the service. I had explain myself 100 times. Already talk to customer service. Supervisors and intore reps. Cricket is failing to simpatise with my situation. They just want to get paid.
If you are listening cricket wireless. I'm goin on Instagram facebook. All the social media and posting about how you don't simpatise with my situation! Talk to a supervisor name yulisa. Probably a call center outside the USA. Poor customer service. They told me to wait it out”
“Ricky! Never got the survey text so I figured I'd contribute here. Walked in and was assisted by Ricky, the store manager. Well versed and professional. He took care of what I walked in there for and promptly gave me the paperwork for personal filing. Clean place, cool atmosphere and pleasant representative (Ricky in this case). From T-Mobile wireless to their Wi-Fi, you can get it all taken care of here. Thank you Ricky; very satisfied!”

“I received exceptional customer service at this location! I originally came in and spoke with Alexis about switching from Verizon to T-Mobile. She was incredibly helpful, knowledgable and transparent with all of the information we discussed. She took her time and explained the current promotions and what they offer if we decided to switch. There was no pressure from her and she was easy to understand with the information she gave.
I came back in at another date after my information didn't transfer everything to my new device and worked with Raymond. He was very patient and helpful with getting mine and my son's devices up and running. We were there for over an hour and not once did we feel like we were an inconvenience to him. He was incredibly kind to my son and engaged with him while he waited on the information to transfer over.
I also noticed that the other employees were welcoming and helpful with the customers as they came in. Everyone was greeted and assisted within seconds.
Thank you to the staff and management at this location for providing exceptional customer service on more than one occasion!”

“After a terrible experience at Congaree Rd store I visited this one on Pelham Rd. I had a wonderful experience here. Gerson and Nicholas were so friendly and welcoming. I had a virus on my phone and they were more than helpful!!! They were very knowledgeable and helpful!! They were able to get rid of the virus and I was still able to keep my photos. Many of my photos were of me deceased son. 2 young men are gems and I bought a new phone and several assesories for my phone. Congaree lost out on this sale since the young woman at this store lost out on this sale. Thank you so much guys!!!”

“These guys went above and beyond for me. Something I’ve never seen from ANY mobile service or retrailer. All of them are relatively young like myself, but you’d think they’ve been doing this all their lives for how friendly and good they are! Amethyst and the store manager went miles and miles, even telling corporate over the phone that they were NOT sending me away without my issue being resolved. I was dumb founded, and couldn’t believe how much they cared. Not your typical T-mobile store, but certainly will never go to any other but here. Huge kudos to Amethyst, the store manager; and the entire team who made sure multiple times we had what we needed and welcomed us in. You guys rock!! Here’s that review I promised.”

“Great service. I brought my grandfather to the cricket store in Greer, his phone was about to give up. When we arrive the rep there Jenifer, was very helpful and sweet. When we first got there her system was not working. She advised up it was “company wide” this was on 12/1 around 10:30 a.m. my grand was nervous because she couldn’t sell him a phone due to the system and on top of that, his phone was 3% from giving out and not working anymore. Luckily I had a spare phone. Jenifer explained that we could put his sim in that device therefore he could still have a working phone until the system came back up. Jenifer also provided my grandpa with her telephone number, so she told him that she would keep trying the system. Once it came back she would call him and make this a fast process once he came back. Within 30 minutes she was calling. He went back to the store and he was in and out within 5 minutes satisfied with not only the phone, but with the service and hospitality Jenifer showed him from the beginning of the sale all the way to the little bumps they had to get his device. Overall I recommend the service there specifically if the young lady name Jenifer is there. Very attentive sweet young lady.”
