“A lot of places in town SAY they'll repair your electronics...but TT Wireless is the only place that DID repair my devices. I had two kind of oddball devices that both had broken charging ports - and he fixed them both!! This is the only shop in town that I've found will actually solder parts - he does microsoldering and it looks like he can source non-standard pieces. He does so much more than phones, and his prices are fair. Highly recommend this shop.”

“Just had the best metro experience in years of service with this company. Its been very common for Metro to have employees with the absolute worst attitudes. However, today was remarkably different with Beverly. Beverly went above and beyond with my mobile needs. I was very happy to spend time with her as she was helpful and has a friendly personality. Beverly was on shift with Alma who was also a pleasure to speak with. The two of them should be taken care of, as they now lead with the best customer servece ive had in YEARS with metro. I will say, who ever I spoke to over the phone hung up abruptly after we determined I was unhappy with the price increase of switching to T-Mobile. All in all, a good experience but there are still basics to be improved upon.”

PHAT ROB!!!! Was absolutely a true blessing. Saturday, July 18, we had taken our phones to uBreakiFix right next-door that morning and they totally messed us up so we go to the AT&T store that afternoon as soon as we left uBreakiFix, absolutely livid at there performance. Rob greeted us and told us
No worries we will take care of you guys. So we sat down, got everything worked out. My husband and I both left With such gratitude and gratefulness for how he treated us and worked everything out. “I received exceptional customer service at this location! I originally came in and spoke with Alexis about switching from Verizon to T-Mobile. She was incredibly helpful, knowledgable and transparent with all of the information we discussed. She took her time and explained the current promotions and what they offer if we decided to switch. There was no pressure from her and she was easy to understand with the information she gave.
I came back in at another date after my information didn't transfer everything to my new device and worked with Raymond. He was very patient and helpful with getting mine and my son's devices up and running. We were there for over an hour and not once did we feel like we were an inconvenience to him. He was incredibly kind to my son and engaged with him while he waited on the information to transfer over.
I also noticed that the other employees were welcoming and helpful with the customers as they came in. Everyone was greeted and assisted within seconds.
