“Your fabulous associate Melodi not only told me about the 7-11 app but, she had the kindness professional customer service I haven't seen in years. I purchased 4 cups of hot drinks I asked a different associate she said no. Melodi on the other hand said to come over to her register while was waiting after another customer finished. That's where she told me about the app. And I purchased the coffee's. I told I was coming back for the other 2 and before I can say anything she said I will these other coffee's to the vehicle for you I was dumbfounded and felt so important as a guest. We just moved to South Carolina she proved not only pure southern hospitality but the retail customer service I have not seen in years. The last couple of times I've been she has given me great smile and phenomenal Customer Service. Please make sure she is given great acknowledgement of her service.”

“This speedway is amazing top-notch customer service had to come into the store today to add money to a cash app for my daughter the first lady the transaction got canceled somehow wasn’t her fault. I’m sure, had to return to the store. Had the pleasure of dealing with Tina who immediately within three minutes, had the money put back into my card and me out the door so fast that I was kind of stunned thank you Tina for having a great attitude and getting direct to the point and helping me with my issue”

“Got gas on my way to Ladson. Paid at the pump and every thing went smoothly with the exception of the pump being out of printing paper. Had to go inside to get my receipt but the cashier was very nice.”

“I love this Parker's location and all the morning shift employees. I've only had experience with one night shift employee,Jonathan.Jonathan is extremely Overbearing and likes to comment to customers about other customers.. On more than one occasion I've gone in and hes told me an extremely graphic and unneeded story from his personal life. Sometimes His stories include violence or just personal experiences and stories that I feel customers should not have to deal with. Pass that Jonathan holds a conversation and continues to try to speak to you after you've finished your purchase and are walking out of the door.. And it's not a have a nice night or see you next time hes usually trying to cram the rest of his story in before you leave . I usually enjoy his banter but lately it's become more about my personal life and my family's personal life who also circles in this parkers. Unprofessional”

“Easy to access and you can use your Harris Teeter rewards here to save on gas. More often than other gas stations the pumps are all working and provide all varieties of gas. Fuel is below average in price compared to other stations in the neighborhood.
Gas flow is a little slow which means it takes time to fill your tank.
Sneaky back side access to the Lowes Foods parking lot which avoids having to get back onto Dorchester road which is really helpful if you are going left.”

You absolutely cannot walk into Parkers on College Park Rd at 5am and not leave with a smile. They ALWAYS start my day off right, and set my mood for the day. Their customer service is ON POINT, and you can absolutely tell they truly enjoy their jobs. Parker's is Blessed to have these wonderful ladies as employees. They deserve 1000 stars.”
