“7/8/26 Russ pleasantly greeted me as I brought my echo weedeater by because it was smoking and barely getting power. Instead of keeping it at the shop for days and charging a huge service fee, Jonathan had it checked on the spot and the service tech troubleshot and corrected the problems while Jonathan happily gave me insight on usage and maintenance of my echo weedeater. I left with a smile and spent less than $50. Thanks guys.”

“I looked all over for a#4 philips bit harbor freight had one in a set but it shattered soon. Tool shed had a Lisle bit that is working still got a Norton cutoff wheel too. These good tools will save a lot of trips to replace cheap tools”
