Instead of keeping it at the shop for days and charging a huge service fee, Jonathan had it checked on the spot and the service tech troubleshot and corrected the problems while Jonathan happily gave me insight on usage and maintenance of my echo weedeater. I left with a smile and spent less than $50. Thanks guys.”
