I needed to resolve an issue with my mothers account My mother and I received wonderful service from Kim. She was kind, friendly, patient and extremely helpful in resolving our issue. “I have been with CPM since I was 17 and opened my first savings account. I haven’t had any issues with them other than the low daily spending limits that they USED to have when I first joined daily spending limit was only $1500 now it’s over $3000 made tax time a little crazy if you know what I mean. Only other issue I have is every time I call it says my account is frozen and when I ask the person on the phone they say it isn’t locked so idk. But all in all I wouldn’t trade banking with CPM for Wells Fargo or Bank of America been with both of those and they suck.”
“Make up your mind and judgment, not some random angry person review. It's easier to be upset and have bad things to say than good things. I don't understand why there are negative reviews of this branch. I have my personal and business account with this branch. Erica and her team have always been amazing to me. So Please know in any negative review. In my opinion, people are going to mainly have bad things to say. When someone is upset. It's easy to go on a rant of negative feedback. But when they have a good experience they don't give reviews. They go about their day. I have been using this branch for all my banking and business banking. Please know these people that are getting bad reviews are not bad. It's just someone having a bad day. That is what makes this branch the best. they get treated badly by people but keep a smile and still help and they go above and beyond to help. So don't judge a book by its hard to please critics. “Regions Bank is the best bank. If there is every any fraudulent activity to my account I'm notified immediately. I can always go to the branch to get a new debit card and don't have to wait on the mail for a replacement card. I would highly recommend this bank because they definitely take care of their customers.”
“After reading the other reviews, I was somewhat apprehensive about visiting this branch, however, I was looking for a location convenient to where I live. I must say the service was great. Within 10 minutes of walking in, I was able to visit with the customer service person. Alexis was knowledgeable, friendly and recommended several options on a new checking account that I opened.

I tried to do another review, in addition to the previous, but I guess I'll add it to this one.
I was worried that I wouldn't get approved for auto loan but thanking God that Navy Federal approved me eventhough I thought my DTI was a bit high. My score is good but I owe a lot. However I have an excellent payment history. So I guess they balanced everything out and came to my rescue! My other car was 20 yrs old so time for a new one. Everytime I've had to walk into this branch I've received the best customer service so Thank you so much!! From the bottom of my heart! God bless!!”

“Went in to get a $25 cashier check and was told the charge would be $10 even though I have a checking and savings account. I was shocked since I've never been charged for one. Bindi was wonderful explaining, the manager was very rude and frankly didn't give a damn. Not sure how she keeps her position. Maybe she has forgotten, without customers, she wouldn't get a paycheck.”
