“I leave my paycheck in this place every week and I noticed they have plenty of help at peak times but if I go early or late in the evening and I want help it takes a lonnnnggg time to find someone. They need a QR code throughout the store so every customer can find locations for items. Went early in the morning a couple of weeks ago and found someone to load the truck I rented from them. Had to rent a Penske because I could not put that much weigh on the racks of the SUV Paint and all other departments are very helpful, not as much as the plumbing at Home Depot on Six Forks Rd in Raleigh but they try. I hit this place at least once a week. My latest project was a walk up staircase to the attic and my next is a tile floor for a 240 sq ft room. I got the samples already. I wish the self checkout would stop asking for my email address, I am buying and paying for my items, I am not adopting them”

“Our oven shorted and caught fire in the back… yay… my husband immediately went to Lowe’s (our go to for tools, parts, etc.) and the man in the department was absolutely helpful!!! We were able to get a brand new oven that was actually on sale for $300 less than sticker price AND it had all the things we were looking for. Our delivery will be within 72 hours which is great AND we received a text informing us of the window in which it will be delivered. They install the oven for us, no extra cost!!! They do offer haul the old one away for a small $50 fee, but we did decline as we already had arrangements for that. I am thankful that Lowe’s hired people to learn and specialize in the department they are in. I am so thankful that the guy (I can’t remember his name but he reminded me of Eminem) was there to help us with our emergency purchase.”
“So, after someone at Home Depot read this review, my issue was sent to their customer service escalation department. After further investigation, they checked the weight of the package that they shipped and realized the weight was too low to include all of the merchandise that I had ordered. A customer service escalation person called me and my issue has been resolved. The customer service escalation person was great. I just wish that this issue could have been resolved during my initial attempts (hence 4 stars instead of 5 stars). However, I am very happy with the resolution. This is a good example of why it never hurts to keep trying!”

“This is a high traffic Lowe's, and even with all that is going on inside, you can find good customer service and courtesy. Sandra in the lumber department helped me locate the bar code and photograph it, so I didn't have to carry it up front and then back again to be cut. Cynthia at the register was friendly in seemed happy to be there, despite the morning traffic at the registers. David in wood cutting was a really popular guy on a Saturday morning , and he handled my cutting job quickly and courteously. Good people doing good work. Thanks to all of you!”

“This store is very near my home, so it is wonderfully convenient. If you are expecting a super store hardware store, this is not it. This is a smaller hardware store with lots of great little things (I call them treasurers) you may not find in the bigger places. They do have the essential things for plumbing, painting, fixing, planting, ant control, etc. But they also have handmade things you can give as gifts that are local to the area. Very cute. The people that work here are very knowledgable and helpful. I have run in here for a new air filter, or things to fix my bathroom sink or get a copy of a key. The post office no longer has a little office in here.”
