“I looked all over for a#4 philips bit harbor freight had one in a set but it shattered soon. Tool shed had a Lisle bit that is working still got a Norton cutoff wheel too. These good tools will save a lot of trips to replace cheap tools”

I always have a great experience in this store but today was above and beyond. Chris was there today and I had a major problem with a job I was working on a very expensive project that was due today. “Fantastic customer service, I always go hear first before I go to a Home Depot or even Lowe’s…. You may pay more for some stuff but everything else seemed to be priced to compete! The customer service here is top notch, they know where everything is and go to great lengths to help you, which is why I will continue to shop here. “Had a problem with a 18 volt weed eater I purchased at this store. Took it back and they gave me a full refund that I used to upgrade to a 40 volt weed eater. It works great. They were very helpful and nice through the whole process. These folks know what customer service is all about. I love and use many Ryobi products and this is just one of many reasons I do.”

I think this is what Dobson did.When I stopped by today I was amazed at all the gifts available as well as certain hardware items that are in demand.It's always nice to avoid walking around a huge store and getting help immediately.I plan on starting my Christmas shopping there SOON.”
“My reason for this review is to express the best service from Paige at the TR Carolina Ace Hardware. I purchased a gift card there. I lost the card but had my receipt. initially I spoke with the owner's wife about this and she told me there was nothing they could do. I called Ace Hardware headquarters and was told I should go to the store I purchased the card from. I went back to this location and no managers were there at the time, however a young lady by the name of Paige was called up to help me. She was so kind and professional, listened to my situation about my lost card. She asked for my receipt and very promptly went into the system, within minutes she had cancelled the original card number and issued me a new card. I recognized Paige as being the young lady that had helped my husband in a previous store visit. Her kindness , attitude and knowledge was exemplary .”

“I just went by to purchase a capicator for my unit and the front desk asked me who I worked for and if I had a license.......thanks for nothing ...the other guy let me know that I needed to know the voltage and that it could burn up if I didn't get the right size. Thanks to this guy for the info but I'll never go there again......"New HVAC student"If a business or an eletrical license is required you guys should have a sign that clearly state that. Some how I don't think those are required to purchase products from this or any other parts store.
