“I needed two capacitors for my AC unit and it showed online they had it but when I got there they did not have it. The lady in charge told me two different places to go to get them. So I went there first place did not have it but could order it. I chose to go to the last place and they had both in stock. I came home my grandson and I put these in because I worked in electronics company and I knew what to do. My AC is still working good. Thank you Ace Hardware for helping me and thank you Ferguson Electronic for having the components. Both components together were $20. “Awesome spot. Pro tip: They (the employees of lowes on August Highway in West columbia) always insist they are out of merchandise. Even though their website says they are in stock, they claim the website is wrong.... HERES THE TIP, tell them to look up. Right above where your product should be, but is out, there is the remaining stock. Match the numbers for your product with the numbers on the cardboard boxes up top and there you go. They ALWAYS have the product. The employees may not know where to remaining stock is, so help them out. Works every time. Also the employees practically explode with joy knowing they have the right product for their customers and now they can get a lift a lower you merchandise. I've come to the conclusion that this absolutely makes the employees day and leads to an over all awesome experience for both the customers and employees. Happy shopping ”
