“I'm from Texas and had never seen one of these and it was simply amazing! I think it's around 180,000 square feet. They have dang near anything you would need. From cold beer to plumbing supplies. They had furniture, sporting goods, clothes, you name it. We found a cool dog toy for our Jax. Wished we had one of these in Texas. Take a look around and be amazed!!”

“TJMaxx is one of my favorite stores to visit. In fact, I stop in multiple times a week just to find new treasures and deals. Half the staff are super friendly, helpful, and straight up lovely to work with; there are a few in particular who need to work on their customer service manners. One specific visit about a week ago, I was looking at items in the locked case by the bags. The cases were already spread out and not aligned. I was looking at a specific item and the price happened to be on the bottom. I moved one of the cases just slightly so I could squeeze in between it to look at the price upside down. Once I was done, I moved the case back to where I found it. I pushed the button to request service. About 5min later, an employee named Deb came over and immediately started complaining and almost yelling about how the cases were arranged. I told her I did move one of the cases to see an item better but attempted to move it back.I apologized and reiterated that this was how I walked up to the cases and tried to move them back where I found them. (Again, they were already not lined up and just kind of strung around the floor) she got quiet but huffed and rolled her eyes and said “what item are you wanting to see” in a very annoyed voice. I pointed to the item. She proceeded to open the case and once again began to complain about the lack of organization in the case, how everything was just piled up, why people let it get that way. It was to the point where she was almost yelling. It was very uncomfortable. ? I looked at my item after about 2 minutes of her complaining. I told her that I would like to purchase the item but I still wanted to check out something else someplace else in the store. She said in a very annoyed tone “it will be at the front” huffed again, and then started to aggressively take items out of the case and continue to complain. I GET things happen, shifts become long, etc. but the whole entire situation was uncomfortable because it felt like I was inconveniencing her by wanting to see an item. I’ve seen this employee act the same with other guests at other times as well. The other “complaint” would be the lines get INSANELY long, especially during the holidays and usually only 2-3 cashiers are in the front. The employees don’t deserve that. That’s a lot of work for that may people— it’s no wonder some of the employees are overwhelmed and annoyed. Overall the store is great, the deals are always there, and it’s a fairly clean and easy going shopping experience (minus the lines)”
“I had the pleasure of going here for the first time and a wonderful woman named Jeannette. I had a bad experience previously and I hadn’t been anywhere to get my hair cut because of this. She heard my concerns and my anxieties, understood them. She walked me through every step that she was going to do, approved cuts before she did them. She was extremely careful and took pride in being able to help me. It’s been forever since I had a hair cut that I didn’t leave crying my eyes out. The shop has a wonderful vibe to it with wonderful staff. I will never go to anyone else to cut my hair. I recommend Jeannette!! 10/10!!!”

“OK, first off let me say this is one of my favorite spots ever! But the reason it is my favorite spot is mainly because of two employees Heaven and Hollow!!! These two are the absolute cream of the crop and not only are they knowledgeable about what goes on in the store, but they are more than helpful and willing to help than any two customer service people I have ever met. They are relatable. They are kind and it’s always exciting to see them. Every time I go in, they greet me like an old friend and I have to say if these two aren’t management, they deserve to be. Because they care that they have for the customers in the store goes above and beyond and every day customer sales

“Staff is great. Keith is super friendly and helpful. Lindsey does a great job of managing. These reviews are ridiculous for the most part. It is not the staff fault for shortage of medications. People only leave negative reviews. When they have a great experience, they can't be bothered to take the time!”
