“The employees at this store are amazing. We had some purchasing difficulty with the new IPhone and the two associates went above and beyond to try and help us get it rectified. Unfortunately, after an hour they weren't able to get it situated but they really did try. Their customer services is impeccable. Especially, James who took the time to talk to customer service 2x. Im happy we chose to switch to tmobile... not because of corporate but because of the people in these stores who work their butt off for us.”

He takes his time with customers. Doesn’t try to rush you out, or try to push other products. He is simply there for the customers. In today’s world that kind of service is GOLD!
