Unfortunately, after an hour they weren't able to get it situated but they really did try. Their customer services is impeccable. Especially, James who took the time to talk to customer service 2x. Im happy we chose to switch to tmobile... not because of corporate but because of the people in these stores who work their butt off for us.”
