“Ron was great! Our AC quit middle of the night. I called to find out if they had a capacitor. I knew nothing about what i needed. He was patient and explained what numbers he needed off the old one to make sure they had the right one. They had one left so he put it aside for me. When I arrived I showed him a photo of my outside system with the panel off. He noticed I actually have two capacitors but they didn't have the second one in stock. He went above and beyond calling around and checking online to see if he could get the second part for me.”
“The employees at this store are amazing. We had some purchasing difficulty with the new IPhone and the two associates went above and beyond to try and help us get it rectified. Unfortunately, after an hour they weren't able to get it situated but they really did try. Their customer services is impeccable. Especially, James who took the time to talk to customer service 2x. Im happy we chose to switch to tmobile... not because of corporate but because of the people in these stores who work their butt off for us.”

“The past two times that I needed help with cricket I drove 4 hours to the Black Hills just so I could see William. He has the best customer service I have ever experienced, he addresses the situation listens to what needs to be handled and he answered and got like 20 things done for me. I live closer to Bismarck but the crickets places there are absolutely horrible if I could give them a zero star I would Williams amazing this store five star He's been the only one I've dealt with at this location so I hope all the other customer service representatives are just as amazing as him so you can have the experience that I did.”
“I had an issue with my Ray-Ban Metas, I stopped in today and was warmly greeted by more than one team member. Kellie found me at the Geek Squad desk and I explained the issue I was having, after empathizing since she also shared that she has Ray-Ban Metas and that I'm traveling to Paris soon and would like to be able to utilize all the amazing features they offer, she highlighted that because of my Best Buy Plus membership she could process an exchange same day with another pair that was in stock. The entire experience was not only seamless, it was efficient, and I felt treated like a truly valued customer. Kellie, and the rest of the team at this Rapid City store work well together to ensure each customer interaction is pointed, valuable, and with kind purpose. I absolutely believe if more retail stores adopted the same level of customer service that this Best Buy location operates with there would be a resurgence of in store shopping. You've got a great team, I'll be shopping for a new refrigerator very soon and I know where I'll be stopping first!”
