“Just got my Xbox series x a month ago. Went back home to Nashville to visit family for thanksgiving and I packed it up and brought it with me. Well somehow the HDMI port got damaged and was not displaying anything on the tv when I hooked it up. Upon researching, apparently it’s quite common in the series x and also the PS5. Obviously I am upset about this, so I found ubreakifix by asurion in Nashville and I call them up telling them my problem. They got me an appointment that day and even got it fixed THAT DAY! Now If I’m being totally honest it was a little more pricey than I would’ve wanted, but let’s be honest everything is now a days. “Everything is upfront and great , until....... you try to "restart" your monthly service cycle early in order to regain high speed data and get lost on a dead end . A customer might expect a smoother restart flowchart app , as you're paying monthly fee for 3 weeks service - voluntarily ! More profit . The alternative is AGONIZINGLY SLOW DATA. Some employees do not even know what a restart is .”

“In Nashville from out of town. Right before returning home my 15 year old daughter dropped and broke her phone. Raced to Cell Doc shortly before closing time. They were so kind and fixed her phone in 10 minutes. Can you imagine the 10 hour drive home with a teenager with no working phone?
