Today, I ran into a small discrepancy with a different employee regarding a company policy that honestly didn’t make much sense to me. Having previously worked in sales for one of their competitor companies, I’m fairly familiar with how these types of situations are normally handled, so the explanation I initially received didn’t quite add up.

After speaking with the store manager, Cam, I respectfully explained what would typically be considered the proper approach. He took the time to actually review the situation instead of brushing it off.

After looking into it, he agreed with my position and handled the situation professionally. Not only did he resolve the issue, but he also compensated me $100, which covered the cost of the insurance that protects both the customer and the company. That showed real accountability for the miscommunication on their end.

Honestly, it has been a long time since I’ve witnessed customer service handled this well.

Major shout-out to Cam, the store manager, for taking the time to listen, review the situation fairly, and make it right. That level of leadership and professionalism definitely stands out.

—- SAME DAY PART 2 ——
When I was a young man working in sales, the number one thing I learned about being successful in the business was product knowledge. Simply knowing the product—its functions, benefits, and value—helped accelerate me above and beyond others in the same department.

Today, after Cam straightened the 1st issue,
I was welcomed with that same experience as a customer. Representative Khendrick assisted me with the exact type of product knowledge that great salespeople have. He thoroughly explained the benefits of the Geek Squad services he recommended and made sure I understood how it could help maintain and optimize my devices.

As a music producer, it’s extremely important that my laptop and equipment stay fine-tuned and running smoothly. Even though I didn’t purchase the Geek Squad service he suggested today, the way he explained everything made the value very clear.

Honestly, if I had the money on the spot, I would have bought it right then. I definitely plan on going back next week to get it.

Shout out to Khendrick for the professionalism and strong product knowledge. Great customer service experience.

Gaming system laptops ARE BEST for Music, and Filming. So to turn my laptop into a BEAST … I’m adding a large amount of ram to handle all the instruments I add to my beats.

Considering I score movies …. With polyphonic sounds….. and mix and master in Dolby 5.1 for surround sound as well [Just for beats] I needed more ram. lol.

“We recently bought a Hunter 6-bladed fan (64" blade span) to replace a fan on our covered back porch. I had a licensed electrician perform the installation, which was solid. My first problem was the lack of air movement, even at high speed. My first thought was that the blade pitch was insufficient or maybe the enclosed mounting pipe might have been too short. Using their website, I contacted Hunter Customer Service using the e-mail capability. At first, I wanted my money back for the fan and the cost of installation. I would have been satisfied with a pipe extension or shims to change the blade pitch. First, they denied even making the fan, when I sent a picture of the label on the box, they started a dialog with me. I explained the problem, and the Customer Service person concentrated on room size, requesting room dimensions, 12'x40'x8'. To prove the size of the room, which I have attached, the view of the backyard was meaningless to CS personnel. They responded with a flyer comparing room size with blade size. Considering one "wall" of the room is my 16'x32' pool with a screen room and the backyard. I felt more frustrated.In any event, Hunter Fan Customer Service stopped communicating with me, saying they turning the problem over to another department. So far, Hunter Fan Company has stopped all communications.My recommendation for ceiling fans, be sure to avoid the Hunter label. This company is not the Hunter Fans of old. They do not produce a quality product anymore. They have devolved into a scam operation.”

“I was very happy with my experience with royal furniture. My son recently had surgery and we needed a comfortable recliner for him to sleep in. It was delivered quickly by two nice gentlemen and set up for him. He has been very comfortable in the serta home theater recliner.
