“Good evening I went to this O’Reilly today and I got the best service ever from Sonjai and honestly the whole crew ‼️ I purchased a part from the location on Yale Rd yesterday and never used the part bcus I was told that part was not needed by a mechanic so I tried to return it and without any explanation I was told by the guy at the counter ,he don’t think he can return it ⁉️?♀️ and that was it , so I walked out and went down on Jackson and that crew was funny as well as very inviting they told me that it said in system it was a damaged out warranty part and it wasn’t suppose to be return and I advised I was never advised of that when part was bought neither when I tried to return it , I explained to her also I felt hurt cus times are hard right now financially for everyone and part wasn’t even used , so then the crew told Sonjai hey reach out to they Store manager so she did and explained to her the situation, and she told her as a courtesy this time to go ahead and do the refund and to explain to me next time look at the receipt to make sure it’s not a defect part or non refundable part before leaving the store , to avoid this from happening in the future and that she would call over to the other location to make sure they explain these things to customers as they have been trained to do and I told her thank you soooo much ‼️ I give this crew 5 stars ⭐️ for being very helpful in a frustrating situation….”
“This is a great place, they slow charge your battery properly, give you a loaner to use and honors the warranty if the battery is bad. I hope they don't close. We've lost enough good businesses”
“Being a former employee, warranties are usually hard to process, and this is one of the only stores in the city that will actually do whatever it takes to get it done without any complications. Makes my life a lot easier when working on the truck. Much appreciated to the employees and managers.”

“Went here after the headlight on my jeep went out this past weekend. I had went to the autozone on Whitten first and the guy tried to scam me and sell me a light for $140 and they weren’t helpful at all. So I went to this location that is close to my mom’s house and she said the employees here were way nicer and she was right. Everyone greeted us when we walked in. The guy that helped us was very professional, he got me exactly what I needed for about $30. I don’t know a ton about cars but if I ever need anything car related I will be returning to this location!”
“People were nice but had a problem getting the part must have been a new employee but after the customers that were in the store left she showed the guy how to find the right belt it was just a long wait for a belt”

“The only reason I'm not giving this store 5 stars could be considered a little petty but was something that felt lacking in professionalism. I stopped by to get some tools and accessories to do an oil change on my car as well as change my spark plugs. They had what I needed and the associate who helped me was by and large very helpful. What rubbed me the wrong way was an unnecessary comment that the aforementioned associate made about my first name. One could say that I'm being unnecessarily sensitive but my rebuttal would be that since I as a customer in no way disrespected the associate, it was completely unnecessary for him to disrespect me. Simply maintaining basic professionalism would have mitigated the whole situation.”

“I love coming to O'Reilly's for my auto essentials. They have great customer service.No thanks, to the local AutoZone in my area... Seldomly, to not having the parts needed and seems they're always having me go to their other stores...My mechanic suggested I stop getting the "run arounds" from A.Z and try O'Reilly.I have never been redirected to O'Reilly's other stores because their parts always seem to be available.I also love the shorter lines and wait time. This place is great and evidently under-rated. But in many cases, less is more.Keep up the great work guys! Love it. ?”

“A few days ago I stopped by and spoke with Brian Sims about my vehicle. I told him that my brakes were sticking and he said it was a front brake hose collapsing. Ordered both hoses and went to Jim Karas Nissan for service. Told them the same thing and they said it’s the brake master cylinder. Charged me $621 and the problem was still there. They (Jim Karas) said brake hoses don’t collapse. My buddy referred me to Eagles Auto Repair and they installed both front hoses and problem fixed. If you have questions or concerns about your auto, reach out to Brian at O’Reilly’s. Top service, nothing but the best. Seems that type of service is missing today, especially at Jim Karas Nissan on Covington Pike?.”
