One note about the location, it is located in a small trailer next to a restaurant. The signage is not very clear until you turn in onto the gravel parking lot. “Just got my Xbox series x a month ago. Went back home to Nashville to visit family for thanksgiving and I packed it up and brought it with me. Well somehow the HDMI port got damaged and was not displaying anything on the tv when I hooked it up. Upon researching, apparently it’s quite common in the series x and also the PS5. Obviously I am upset about this, so I found ubreakifix by asurion in Nashville and I call them up telling them my problem. They got me an appointment that day and even got it fixed THAT DAY! Now If I’m being totally honest it was a little more pricey than I would’ve wanted, but let’s be honest everything is now a days. Anyways, thank you so much for the wonderful service and for the urgency. You have definitely earned a repeat customer! The staff was amazing but especially Sterling! Thank you!”

“I went to this location today with my son and Father to upgrade our phones for Christmas. Julian is the person that helped us and from the start he was incredibly easy to talk to. He greeted us the moment we walked in. We had quite a lot of things we needed done (upgrades, changes to our lines, etc.) but he made sure to address everything we needed and he was extremely kind and knowledgable. He also made sure we were getting the best deals available. His manager was there (I didn't catch his name) but both of them were great and I highly recommend this location to anyone needing an AT&T store!!”
