“This store is absolutely amazing . The staff is amazing they are knowledgeable and patient. I have ten lines all activated here . I was making a payment and doing a trade in yesterday ,it reeked of alcohol from the gentle man who disrespected and used racial slurs against the gentle man helping him that did not speak Spanish . The manager Mercedes handled the situation very well as she is bilingual and she educated the customer with kindness that treating someone that way because they do not speak Spanish is unkind . She proceeded to educate him that there will be many places that do not have Spanish speaking employees and that he should not get offended or call them stupid or the N word when they use translator to try to help him . He apologized to both her and the gentle man . I’m thankful for the staff at this location . I could never do their job . They deal with a lot and must tolerate disrespect because they are on the clock . There was a white couple who laughed when the gentleman said the N word we live in a terrible world rather than give correct information so they can assist you , you laugh at racial slurs . This world is sick but a 5 stars for this store and the employees . Arin I will be back next week with my sister who will activate 4 lines . :)”

“Best wireless service for the money. Your bill is always the same month in month out. Understanding and helpfull staff. Here is a hint when you go there, ask for the ACP program and see if you qualify. If you do qualify the program will pay $30 dollors off your bill but you have to ask ;)”

“This is the best phone repair spot in Nashville. Lee is the man and is very speedy and cost efficient with his repairs. My phone’s LED screen died and I wanted to transfer my data to a new phone. Lee was able to put a temporary screen on my old phone and was patient while I sat there and backed up my data. 10/10 would recommend to anyone having technology issues.”

“Great experience, he fixed my iPhone 11 in 15 minutes and was just a friendly nice guy to talk to in the meantime. Price was way lower than expected. One note about the location, it is located in a small trailer next to a restaurant. The signage is not very clear until you turn in onto the gravel parking lot. I love to support a small local business and get great service at the same time. It’s a win-win.”
