We looked at bedroom furniture, dining room furniture and living room furniture where we fell in love with a power recliner sectional that would fit nicely in our new living room. Dawn helped us with the measurements and told us everything about the sectional. We left to talk it over and review the space again. Two days ago we were back to purchase the sofa. Luckily, Dawn was there again to walk us through everything. Showing us their huge selection of material samples that are available to pick out for our custom sectional and throw pillows that come included. They were amazing and patient working with us as our vision and requests were quite extensive and specific. They were also great about communicating with us throughout the process, which was refreshing for a custom build. The table came out ahead of schedule and looks beautiful. Forever piece. “When I was opening my pool this spring, I got pretty much everything hooked up and realized I was missing one piece. If you’ve ever opened, the pool is super frustrating! Especially when you can’t run anything without that one piece. I usually used to have to drive all the way to Nashville, which was almost an hour drive for me to the Nashville location. I went in about 15 minutes before they close I had called beforehand and the associate on the phone was super nice! He confirmed they had the part that I needed And even though I came in right before close, everyone was so nice! Joshua in the parts department was super helpful and knowledgeable. Our pool is about 15 years old and sometimes it gets tricky to find the parts that I need. I thought everything was reasonably priced and found a few extras that I needed as well. If you’re needing help with your pool, go see Joshua in the back! When I left, he was able to make me a printout of my pool that we had purchased from them 15 years prior. That way in case I needed any parts, I would know everything that I needed and then I originally had installed the pool! He went over and beyond!”
