“Yeah, I came in there hoping to get a solid deal, but with my luck these past few weeks I thought I wouldn’t. I was offered an iPhone 11 n I took it, turns out the SIM card carrier was missing n eSIM was my only option, turns out the phone didnt work in eSIM, the employee Nora, who’s was really helpful n patient with me had to stay overtime cause of me but she stay true to her word on helping me a phone out that same day, if my luck wasnt so distorted, i would’ve ask Nora out for drinks”

“Had a great experience with t mobile team of Jae/Trooper. They helped with switch from AT&T and took care of all aspects. They guided throughout the process. Highly recommend this place (instead of visiting their experience store and waiting for hours and having nobody care for you). Also T-mobile has best online customer support for all kinds of issues.”

“Jason, we would like to say thank you and to say Verizon you have a GREAT customer service representative in Jason. My wife had just said when we were coming down, she hoped and prayed we get someone that knows how to correct our issues, we were having with my phone and her watch.Boy, did we get a GREAT ONE! Jason took all the time we needed. He was there every step of the way.He took care of every detail. He was super knowledgeable about what he was doing. It took a long time to straighten everything out. I had left my phone on top of our van and it flew off onto the interstate. He got us a new upgraded phone and straighten her watch out and it had been messed up a long time. He turned my blunder into a blessing. Verizon is blessed to have such a fine technician that Jason is and wonderful customer service representative. Jason, we want to say thank you for everything!!!”

“I have to say I was really worried about this visit. It was specifically about a battery. My experience was reasonably good considering all the reviews were one star. So here's some if helpful ideas if you want a five-star experience. Number one read ahead of time how to prepare your phone. There's multiple things you need to do ahead of time such as update to software. Stop find my phone and be sure none of the egregious apps are running in the background. Number two go to the store during off hours. Such as early in the morning. Whatever you do it don't go on a busy day. Number three. Introduce yourself to the Apple person and be sure to ask for their name. I specific where it was dealing with Lou and Caleb. Prepare yourself. They basically assume you're an idiot and ask all kinds of crazy quick questions. Be sure you ask them if the part you're interested in is in stock. If it's not in stock, don't leave your phone. Next. They'll give you a time to come back. If it's 1 and 1/2 hours, come back in 3 hours. When you come back they'll escort it to a seat and tell you to wait a while. Don't sit down, stand there and continue to ask when someone will help you. Next, if you're lucky, someone will bring out your phone. Take your $90 and you will leave happy. Good luck. My experience with Lou and Caleb was excellent.”
