My last experiences with other groomers have been fair at best with a hefty price tag and mediocre results. Most times she would be still shedding and molting clumps after being at the groomer for hours. Lilly not only looks shiny and trim she is not shedding. The price was fair considering I hadn’t had her groomed in over a year and they were finished in less than 2 hours. I would highly recommend them, especially for those pups that have thick undercoats.

1034 Wetzel Dr, FranklinOur beloved Bennie had a combination of issues when Heidi saw him that made traditional grooming a nightmare: separation anxiety, digestive issues (food-related & has now been relieved), and the assumption that every towel is a tug toy. The two times we had taken him to Petco, he had pooped on himself after they bathed him, so they were only able to bathe him a second time and weren't even able to get him clipped.Heidi washing him on our patio pretty much took care of issues 1 & 2 since he was somewhere he knew. She was also patient but firm when she informed him that the towels would not in fact be toys. She said he behaved well, which was such a relief, and he came out looking gorgeous! Bennie fresh after Heidi's groom is the background on my phone. <3

Instead of having to drag my dog INTO the groomer, he pulls me in the door. He is always so happy and exhausted from all the fun. Highly recommend!

We live in Adams, TN and I believe it is worth the 1 hour and 20minute drive to get the best for my Joy.

Dr. Hardison was so good with him. She was willing to X-ray him when the other vets insisted it wasn’t necessary. (It is worth the peace of mind to me to know what we’re NOT dealing with when the diagnosis is questionable.) The facilities are impressive and so clean and accessible. I will be back in the spring with all 5 of my horses for their annual visits.

400 Eddy Ln, Franklin5 stars for Animal Health Center - especially Dr. Ingraham. The two things stand out the most: she LISTENS and EDUCATES.
Dr. Ingraham takes the time to listen and ask questions about what my dog is experiencing. She determines the proper care plan and then educates on what we should do and why. I leave with an understanding on what is going on and how I can continue to care for my dog at home so he gets back to feeling his best. Dr. Ingraham and Animal Health Center are the best of the best!!

The best part of CoreLife is the staff, Reese, Dominic, Emma, and Owen, they always make me smile, have a kind word, and by now I think they know our orders by heart. We look forward to coming in and laughing with each other the few minutes we get to spend while our bowls are being made.
Food options are great as we are gluten free (would love if they add corn tortillas for the kids tacos :-) ) , we can feed our family of 4 great food options and still not break a budget. They are generous with their portions, and extras are charged a reasonable amount.

Looking for a specific breed, sex and age range to adopt they had what we were looking for. Very good communication, transport was on time. I cannot say enough good, they care for the animals they are working with. I have recieved a few emails or texts from different members of their organization in the two days since I got my pup just to follow up, make sure we are happy and more importantly how the dog is doing. We will be coming back to Critter Cavalry for sure

My mom is highly allergic to dogs so they even washed the two pups and had them set aside for us to do a visit to ensure a clean environment to meet. They also answered all of my questions so graciously and stayed in touch for any questions post-purchase too. The whole process was so smooth and didn’t feel pressured at all. My husband and I are looking to get a second pup soon and definitely will use Karing Hearts again!
