“Can I just say Angie Brasfield is truly a rock star. I have dealt with several banks and never ever got this kind of top notch customer service as I did today. I called Angie ( yes personally on her cell phone) to get the phone numbers of where to report a card lost - yes I have misplaced it- so she tells me she will handle it for me. I figured she was putting me on a list and someone would call and then in about 3-5 weeks I would get my replacement card etc etc. You can imagine my surprise when within an hour or so I get a message asking if I were home. She had taken care of it personally and not only that I have my debit card ( a real one) in hand ready to use. So let me just say if you don’t have this kind of service at your bank ( I doubt that you do) you need to call pinnacle Germantown branch and ask for Angie cause she is truly a Rock Star!!”

“Yesterday, I visited this Chase Bank branch to open a new account. Unfortunately, they were fully booked with appointments. Ms. Tequilla Wiggins kindly scheduled an appointment for me.
Today, I arrived 30 minutes early, eager to start saving towards my new career and life goals. Shortly after arriving, I received a call from Ms. Sheree Smith, confirming my appointment. I jokingly asked if she was going to hold the phone or open the door since I was already there, and we shared a laugh.
Since I came early, Ms. Smith graciously helped me ahead of schedule and assisted in opening my new account. She didn’t just cover the basics — she provided valuable insights and additional information to help enhance my financial growth and profits.
I’ve always assumed that Chase Bank’s connection with J.P. Morgan provides brighter options than regular banks. However, what truly sets this branch apart is the exceptional product knowledge and customer care that Ms. Smith demonstrated today.
She was incredibly thorough, not only explaining important details but also walking me through the banking app step by step. Although I’m familiar with apps, she took the extra time to highlight features that could further support my financial success.
At this moment, I confidently give this branch 5 stars.

“I went to the branch on Germantown Pkwy by the Wolf River. A well dressed young lady met me at the door and asked me what I needed. When I told her she asked for me to sit in the waiting area. After less than 5 minutes had passed I was beckoned by an employee at a desk AND directed by the young lady who met me at the door. The customer service lady took care of my business quickly and competently. The manager, Mr Booker, stopped to say hello as well. I was in and out and I felt as though the bank cared.”
