“The 611 service center for cricket, im assuning overseas, do a very poor job i need help. They tell me they cant resolve the problem or give me a different number to call. I had to drive 20 miles to springfield Tennesse, everytime i come to this store my problems are resolved within five minutes, i think they shpuld be in charge of the control centers cause they know what they are doing. I think Bruno did a great job and helped me resolve my issue.”

I brought it to the store & they made sure the one they Recommended works perfect. I'll definitely come here in the future. “Went to Bedt Buy to help my mom price a TV , for my nephew. An also love to walk around why she paid for her purchase an found a scanner that prints out photo off ur phone, which she also brought.. But what really caught my eye was a Star Wars R2-D2 Lego floor model that really caught my eye, wanted it to put together but was not able to purchase it. Maybe next time.”
“I will say that Tina is absolutely an amazing Sales lady. She answered all of our questions thoroughly. The only issues we did have is delivery. I do think that this store should hire more people to deliver furniture. I also realize how hard it is to find good people that want to work. My furniture was to be delivered on Friday, well Friday rolls around and they told me it wasn't going to be delivered. We made such a fuss about getting it delivered because we had 5 kids sitting on the floor. They did bring a driver out and he was amazing. However, my husband and teenage son had to help him bring everything in. Again, I get it. People don't want to work. Was a good experience overall though. Just please hire more help.”
