“There is a couple of parking on road that drivers can park overnight. After business hours and vehicles have left one truck can fit in parking lot. 18 wheelers must back in from the road. Only one dock. Respectful and courteous to drivers.”

Dawn called me to let me know she noticed a dent in my item, and called me to not only let me know, but gave me a couple of options to rectify the scenario. I could tell she put in the effort of finding a like item, and coming up with a solution, before calling me. She did not have to call me. She could’ve let it go and left me to deal with it when I got there. Because Dawn was proactive instead of reactive, the situation was handled in less than 15 minutes. I am so incredibly pleased with her customer service, outside of the fix she provided, that I will forever drive out of my way to give the Hendersonville store my business.”
“It’s a standard Home Depot. They’ve got every tool or building material that you could pretty much think of unless you want to try to get fancy. I’m in the middle of a move (great time during the holidays) and sleeping on an air mattress since the regular mattress left a few days ago in the moving POD and of course during the night of Christmas Eve it starts leaking. Logan, sincerely, thank you so much for your kindness - making sure I was able to get the items I needed to repair the leak for the next few nights, even on Christmas Day (saving Christmas in my book).
