Original: The “master plumber that worked for 30 years” who worked the front desk was by far the least helpful and rudest person I’ve interacted with in a long time. I would not recommend anyone visits the Hendersonville Ferguson location simply because of this gentleman. I wouldn’t have this guy loading materials in the back of the warehouse, let alone allow him to be a customer-facing employee. And that’s not a jab at warehouse guys, I’ve been one myself.”
