“I am not an avid TSC shopper by any means. Just no business being in there. With Christmas time around the corner, I did some shopping from my husband’s wishlist. I placed a pickup at Hendersonville and Portland due to limited stock of said items. Dawn called me to let me know she noticed a dent in my item, and called me to not only let me know, but gave me a couple of options to rectify the scenario. I could tell she put in the effort of finding a like item, and coming up with a solution, before calling me. She did not have to call me. She could’ve let it go and left me to deal with it when I got there. Because Dawn was proactive instead of reactive, the situation was handled in less than 15 minutes. I am so incredibly pleased with her customer service, outside of the fix she provided, that I will forever drive out of my way to give the Hendersonville store my business.”

“This place is router bit heaven. This is the place to go if you’re in need of any specialty router/CNC bits, though they have a wide variety of various woodworking stuff, typically of the spinning variety but also layout tools, saw blades and other high quality items. The staff is SUPER friendly, knowledgeable and made sure to help me find what I was looking for. Penny the shop-puppy is a sweetheart as well!

“It’s a standard Home Depot. They’ve got every tool or building material that you could pretty much think of unless you want to try to get fancy. “So to make a long story short, ordered carpet on 2/6/26. To be installed 2 weeks later. Now being 3/23/26carpet still not in, store had no apology for anything , and didnt say anything that I would have to rearrange my s reduce 6 times to get carpet in. Store manager Jacob that I spoke with , seemed like he could care less. Order canceled. Not doing it. Near 8000 dollar order.
Update: after speaking in person with the store, and give and take on both sides. I redid my rating. However , be it known, I will think hard about ever doing a big job with the store.”

“Overall quality merchandise is solid but the "initial" service at this location leaves a lot to be desired. A lot of employees wandering around and customers waiting...however once I found the right person she went out of her way to help me get something from the back, and was quick about it! So she turned an overall negative review into a positive one.”
