“Peggy, Reasha, and Amber are the most incredibly kind and helpful people I’ve met and it is truly a blessing to have them here in the apartments we live in!! The apartments are clean, spacious, and beautiful and I have never lived anywhere so nice!! They stay on top of everything and have made a usually incredibly stressful move quick, easy, and exciting! “I’ll start by saying this place was an excellent choice for a first time move to Nashville. Yes it’s a 20 minute drive to the city but for someone who doesn’t mind driving it isn’t the worse. The area HAS EVERYTHING you need (Walmart, dollar tree, food, amazing taco trucks etc.) the community of the apartment is walkable, clean, nice pools, nice gym and friendly leasing agents who sold me when I moved with their upbeat and FRIENDLY attitudes, they were so helpful during my time as a resident and even left me a gift card and extra goodies when I moved in. Maintenance was also always quick!
However……… the only major issue I had and suffered so dearly from was roaches. I complained and called maintenance so many times and nothing seemed to work. My building was 2, apt 116. DO NOT MOVE INTO THAT UNIT. It was embarrassing and honestly caused me so much anxiety. Paying almost 1500k in rent a month just to have roaches crawling on your cups, bowls, stove, bathroom sink, CEILING AND WALLS. The little treatments they conducted did nothing and I had to keep asking for help vs them recognizing this was a major issue and moving me. I wish I could’ve held back my rent until this was taken care of.. ashamed to stay I had roaches as a very cleanly tenant but if it happens to you here it’s most likely because they are living in the walls of the building not you.”
“Recently moved in. So far so great! Apartment is freshly refurbished. New paint, new floors, modern appliances and fixtures. Gated access. My bldg and surrounding bldg are very quiet. No thumping music blasting during the day, or loud neighbors. Which is important to me so ce I work the night shift and sleep during the day. Maintenance is quick to respond. Had an issue with my AC and they quickly came and fixed the problem. Susan and Nicole have been outstanding to work with and very helpful. A+ community so far! Very happy
/////// UPDATE ////// - I've been here for 9 + months now and I seriously have not seen homeless people wandering the property, not one roach has appeared in my apt, and from what I know, not one car has been broken into. Yes, a guy was shot a few months ago but the tenant was quickly bounced from the property. That is the only shot fired since I've been here. Staff is easy to talk to and fair. My neighbors are the best. Still would recommend Brighton to anyone looking for a nice apt and community.”
“LOVE living in gazebo!! The staff is one of my favorite parts about living there (: The maintenance team is always quick to respond to requests and so friendly to wave as you drive by! Also really love Elaine the assit. manager. She has kindly worked through various questions and calls with me.
Location is safe and clean. Quality and number of amenities far exceed the cost of living so close to downtown!”

“I am a tenant and I've been here 3 years. It was hard to get in but I did. And let me tell you it was worth the wait. There is a reason randoms can't just get in here. Everyone has to have a background and a credit check. And you have to make a certain amount to even get an application. They are a good community for a reason. Rent is absolutely reasonable...the complex is absolutely respectful, quiet, clean and neighbor friendly. I'm not moving until I'm ready to buy a house which they also help you with. I WILL NOT be going anywhere for awhile. Oh and office mgmt is exceptionally reliable and quick with our responses. I'm sooo glad they are strict about who they let in. If any and everyone lived here the community wouldn't be the way it is now. Good luck”
“Our Leasing Consultant was Brandy and she was amazing and professional. He answered all our questions and was knowledgeable of the community. Even though we had to change our move in date back a few days we were grateful for the sqift communication and help throughout the process. My spouse and I were truly impressed and look forward to moving into our apartment.”
“I love it here!! Arianna the new young lady in the leasing office is so kind and helpful, I’ve seen her with residents who are unkind and she still gave her best effort to make that resident feel heard. The property manager Keesha is very much on it!! There have been previous issues with trash and parking and I saw her today fixing a long time parking issue she has taken the time to make this community feel like home!! Also maintenance is great fixing my problems the same day i addressed them!!! I will say to the bitter people in these other reviews you were fully aware of the transition due to the emails sent prior from the office if I received notice you did aswell. I would definitely recommend Discovery just treat this place as your home and not a trash bin.”

“I highly recommend Landmark at Wynton Point Apartment Homes. Being Under New Management has been a great experience. My lease was almost up for renewal. The staff willingly volunteered to reevaluate my rent and roll out a few different improvements. Marissa, (Assistant Community Manager), and Alfonzo (Community Manager) were great to work with in negotiations. In the end, they were able to assist in coming to a reasonable monthly rent. They are always willing to listen to any concerns. (No matter how many times they get a call). Both are very helpful, friendly, and responsive. Nick, (Maintenance Supervisor), promised that signing a new lease would bring the apartment up to date. He carried out his promise. Any maintenance requests are responded to and completed in a timely manner. He is also very helpful, friendly, and responsive.”

“Overall, I’ve really enjoyed living at these apartments. The units are spacious and clean, maintenance is responsive, and the location is super convenient. It’s a quiet spot with a nice community vibe, and everything is generally well-kept.
The only issue I’ve noticed is that there have been a few incidents of cars being broken into in the parking area. It’s definitely something to be aware of.
Aside from that, it’s a great place to live and I would still recommend it to others looking for a solid, comfortable apartment in the area.”

I have lived at these apartments off and on for 8 years and this management is on top of everything.”
“I recently toured this property and had such a great experience from start to finish. Juanita the new PM, and i was lucky enough to meet the region Managers they were extremely friendly, professional, and made me feel welcome right away. They were happy to answer all my questions and took the time to walk me through everything. The property itself was very clean, well-kept, and had a peaceful, inviting atmosphere. You can tell that the management really cares about maintaining a high standard. I left feeling very impressed and comfortable—definitely one of the best experiences I’ve had while visiting a property. Highly recommend!”

“The team here at Parklight has been phenomenal. I’d like to give 10 stars to the property manager, Laura! Any time there’s been an issue or maintenance needed they are so quick to respond and are always so nice. Recently had my a/c go out and they came and got it fixed as soon as possible! We have had issues with the freeman Webb company in the past at a different complex but it’s good to know it’s not the company just the people who work there because Parklights team is AMAZING!”
