“The gentleman who helped me was very caring. I called and explained my steering wheel was shaking when I drove and asked how much it was for a diagnostic. He told me he wouldn’t do any work before letting me know the cost and he squeezed me in same day/ short notice. They checked my car quickly and told me it was my tire causing the shaking and didn’t charge me anything for the diagnostic. He didn’t have the tires in stock but was kind enough to tell me exactly what was wrong, even printing it out for me to take elsewhere. In my opinion this was very honest and caring. 3 other places were going to charge me $100 plus just to look at the car before any work. Thank you for the kind service and I will return for future work.”

“I recently took my vehicle after I backed into a wall. I took it to another place which shall remain nameless. I will say however it rhymes with tirebone.
Tirebone took a look at it because I was needing some new back tires. Needless to say, they literally told me my car was no longer driveable and as this guy put it "I wouldn't drive this off the lot" He also said my insurance would not pay for it which I guess he thought I was a total fool.
I called my insurance and I was recommended Caliber Collison. I'm not exaggerating when I say it's the best place by far that I've ever been to. DESTINY was Awesome! She called me several times to give updates and her professionalism and authenticity made me feel like I was in good hands... She also explained the issues with my vehicle after the accident very well which gave me further conformation that tirebone was just selling me a bid of goods.
And of course my insurance paid for the damages as I knew that they would.

“In November, I purchased a cover and a spray in bedliner. The prices were great. The work was excellent. Just recently I had some issues with my tailgate. Billy and Joe knew exactly what to do to access the tailgate linkage under the cover. It was fixed in a jiffy. No damage to truck, tailgate, or liner. “I came to this store yesterday because a penny fell into my charging port and blew a fuse. I knew it was a fuse issue and wanted to fix it myself versus waiting until Monday when the dealership open. Initially the sales associate inside told me to wait until the dealership opens. However, Tracy a floating manager walked right in, told me to pop my hood and we figured it out together. She was friendly and very helpful! The men were not even trying to help at all.
