“I am beyond grateful for Courtney and the beautiful work they did on my car. (Dolly had plastic surgery done ?) I had someone back into my car for a hit and run, and while my car was getting repainted with a manufacturer paint recall, they were able to fix the damage for me as well. So thankful they did, as they found a safety sensor issue as well with the damage that needed addressed. Courtney was caring and went above and beyond to also help with a very tough situation. “Things started out rough about a month ago when I had a minor accident with my Jeep Grand Cherokee after getting too close to a pole. The passenger side and runner were damaged, but the shop did absolutely amazing work on the body and trim. I got my truck back in less than two weeks, and they updated me every couple of days throughout the process.
When I picked it up, you couldn’t even tell it had been damaged. They also explained how to care for the repairs over the next 90 days, including limiting washes and sunlight to keep the work in top shape. They even told me to come back if I had any issues, and they'd fix it for free.
Dee at the front office was professional, friendly, and made sure I stayed informed the entire time. I would definitely recommend them and will be using them for any future work.”

I was very impressed that Apple Collision in Mt Juliet could get me in within a week. Bill was great about updating me. They did a great job replacing my bumper. Remember to bring a check when you pay! You have to pay the 3% credit card fee. I recommend using Apple Collision!”
