“2017 VW Beetle Convertible. I goofed and un-torqued a motor mount bolt on my wife's beloved Beetle. I stopped what I was doing and took it right to this mechanic. He could have said anything. Could have charged me anything. Could have told me I needed $$$ to repair. Instead he listened to what I told him. Looked at it. Saw what I told him was wrong. And re-torqued the bolt that needed it. It is so rare to find an honest mechanic these days. Charged me 1/2 hr. labor and was able to fix it within 30 minutes while I waited. So, he has us for customers now. He works on all European brands, BMW, Audi, VW, and more. Staff was polite and efficient. Place was clean and comfortable.”

““Can i trust this shop?” I’m sure like me we’re all skeptical of mechanical/body shops. Working in many different shops myself, id say I have pretty high standards and may be over skeptical. I honestly have to say this was the best experience I’ve ever had coming in to a mechanic shop. They did an incredible job with all repairs , and it all looks brand new. Paint is perfect and all parts are high quality. Matt Osborne was the one taking care of everything for me , and did an incredible job. Matt is very knowledgeable , charismatic, and has many noticeable years of experience. So to answer that question yes you can absolutely trust this shop for any repairs you need, and definitely ask for Matt!”
