The second floor, the basement, has cats, rabbits, and other exotic animals, as well as large stock items. I went in looking for LIVE aquarium plants and have a small selection. Maybe 6 different varieties. They do not have anything for CO2 in store.

The shelves are normally pretty well stocked, clean aisle ways, Their shelf labels are often incorrect when they ring up. Not sure if it's a system issue because the labels are correct per the associates/managers, items just ring up wrong often. Staff can be challenging to get them to match the prices that are listed on the shelves. Animal tanks seem well taken care of. The grooming center seems like they are often busy. They normally have everything I'm looking for for my pets and always have some decent sales.

Makayla was absolutely amazing and said our cat Hazel did amazing! Makayla took her time in ensuring that Hazel was comfortable. Hazel had to be shaved quite a bit from matting and she looks fantastic! We will definitely bring her back on a regular basis to ensure her coat stays healthy. We highly recommend this place!

My boys live and trust Haley, and they always come back beautiful and smelling great. I have a husky and a malamute, so grooming them is no easy task, but Haley takes the time to fully blow out their coats so their fur is shiny and soft.

We were recommended by a friend and are so happy with how she looks. It does take a few weeks to get in but now we are on a 10 week schedule so we can keep her looking and feeling great!

I continued going here because they have provided the best care I have ever had for all of my animals. I've had the misfortune of having a dog with thyroid issues and seizures as well as a cat that was just recently diagnosed with kidney disease. They have always listened to my concerns and given me all of the knowledge they have so I can make an informative decision with how to proceed with my pets.
I really cannot praise them enough for how great they have been. My dog would quite literally pull me in front of a bus to get inside this building.

My dog needed a procedure after I had been out of work for 3 months amd money was very tight, and they offered a full spectrum of treatment options instead of "pet parent shaming" me for not choosing the top of the line, latest and greatest treatment. Together, we chose a viable, less invasive and less expensive option, and they treated my furry boy and me with kindness and respect. They are my new vet's office of choice!

We chose to do the advanced training so we could work on being able to take him on hikes and to breweries/restaurants. Eva was such a great trainer! She was super knowledgeable and always available to answer questions. Whenever i wanted to change the direction if training she was very flexible with that too. My dog learned so quickly under her supervision and i felt like i really could carry over the training at home.The advanced sessions really felt like just hanging out with a friend.

I thought Nicky would give them a rough time and maybe even be one they could not groom. The groomer took her time and gave her breaks when she needed them. When I picked her up she was beautiful. I especially love throwing axes and all the other knives and ninja stars. Even better that there is free games to play. Wednesday's are even more fun with karaoke. We had drop-off catering from Mission at our wedding this month, and I cannot brag on them enough. I've been to too many weddings with expensive catering with cold & unseasoned chicken, and Mission gave us the opposite of that. Two weeks later and our guests STILL are going on about how incredible the food was. The service was also top-notch from the initial tasting, email check-ins, and the day of service. Chaney and her team made us feel so special and even gave us a wedding gift. Highly recommend them for any event you are hosting.
