“This was the best service I've ever had in a retail setting. From the moment I walked into the store, I was welcomed by an extremely nice and helpful young lady. Let me know where the sitting room was. Started conversation. Another worker spoke to me and asked me if I needed any assistance. I was offered water, candy, really very very nice. The manager, with whom I had established an appointment with to have some sideboards and a tonneau cover installed took extremely good care of me. Explained how everything worked, explained the quality of the construction of everything installed on my truck. He even helped me make a decision on some front hood lights. Again, best experience ever. Had no idea that this place was even here. I'll be coming back, that's for sure! ?10 out of a 10, ????”

“Great customer service ! I went in a few times - once for windshield wipers and once for windshield fluid. I got help both times for installation and staff also provided recommendations on how to keep good care of certain things related to it. I would definitely comeback for any help needed !”
“I took my vehicle to the dealership to get my headlights changed. They told me if they ordered the bulbs they were going to cost $800 each and $500 to install because they had to take the bumper off of my car and remove some other parts to change them. I went to O’Reilly’s to see if the bulbs might be a little cheaper with the Intention to take them back to the dealership for installation. When I explained what the dealership said they asked to take a quick look at my vehicle. One of the lights they were simply able to reach in and remove with little hesitation while the other was a bit more complicated. However it still didn’t involve the labor that dealership told me it would. The bumper did not have to come off at all. Though it took a little extra time and effort to get the second replaced it was hardly the ordeal I was lead to believe it was going to be. These guys went above and beyond!! They saved me a great deal of money because they were kind and courteous. The exact same bulbs cost $125 at O’Reilly instead of $800 which I now know was a highly inflated price. . I am so grateful they took the time to help and I am so thankful for their kindness.”

“Took my 2024 Armada to Gerber and Collision for a huge dent in my roof, they fixed it way cheaper than other quotes I got and the job they done was amazing. Melissa and Dawn in the front office communicate very well and explain the whole process and keep you informed with everything that is going on throughout the process of your vehicle repair. When my suv was finished it looked brand new. I highly recommend this company for anyone needed repairs, they are great.”

“My 2025 Toyota Camry had a minor scratch on the top of the passenger's side mirror that I was nervous would cost a lot to repair. The Toyota dealership service center sent me to the Cool Springs Collision Center for the fix. From the moment I walked in, Donna, the receptionist, was extremely helpful and kind to everyone she encountered. Additionally, my service rep, Darren (with the great smile ?), went above and beyond to make sure my experience was pleasant. He was wonderfully patient with me when I asked a ton of questions, and he was able to have my mirror fixed quickly and at an EXTREMELY affordable cost! No one ever wants to have to visit a collision center, but if I must in the future, I'll be happy to return to this establishment. I definitely recommend the Cool Springs Collision Center to any person needing auto-body repairs. Top tier service!”
