I have *never* gotten a voicemail — every call is answered by a human working in either TN or NC.We moved to Pinnacle after 20+ years of banking with Suntrust (which was acquired then destroyed by Truist a couple of years ago). We should have moved long ago.Now we've got checking, savings, and retirement accounts through Pinnacle, and they originated our re-fi a couple of years ago at a great rate.Life's complicated and irritating enough to put up with a lousy bank. Switch over to Pinnacle now”
