She complained that they had just locked the vault and that it was going to take her more time and that next time I needed to give them notice.
Not gonna lie, I understand all of that, but her attitude made me a little uncomfortable. Gene was sitting right next to her, and happily was willing to help me. He had the money I needed on hand. He was very friendly, super soft spoken and showed a true level of customer service and professionalism. Thank you Gene for being so kind, and part of the reason why I choose to bank with Regions.
