“Amazing customer service! I had a bit of a complicated request and they absolutely went above and beyond!
I placed an online order for two pairs of shoes, one of which for pickup at this location and the other for delivery to my home. The pair that was delivered turned out to be too big so when I went to pickup my second pair I asked if I could return both pairs as I ordered both in the same size.
They let me try on both shoes in the smaller size to decide which one fit me best. As it turns out, each pair fits slightly different (since they’re different styles) so I got one in the original size and the other in half a size smaller!
I still had to return the pair that was delivered to my home as I needed the half size smaller and they were able to return and put in the replacement order for the size I needed all at once! I figured that id have to return them then place another order online but they made the process so much smoother and now my replacements are arriving tomorrow (it look less than a week)!”

“Sam is the best. I requested to try on a ski boot I did research online and he brought it out as well as what he thought would be a better fit. They have a cool machine which measures your foot in multiple ways. Turns out he was right. The insoles he recommended also made a big difference. I'll be sad to part ways with my current 12 year old dalbello ski boots but my feet will thank me! They do in house adjustments as well. The price was even better with their current sale. I also dropped off my skis to get a professional tune and binding adjusted to the new boots. Can't wait to break the new boots in. Rossignol all track hv 90 boa.”

“Good repair service! Replacing a kid’s bike inner tube, and they went above and beyond by fixing the uninstallable training wheel due to short axis through using in house thinner bolts to tread on and get the bike inflated while training wheel supported in under 30mins. Chris the technician is very helpful in finding the right product and fixing the bike.”

“I have done business with ClubFinders Golf for a decade. I am a 25 Year Member of The P.G.A. of America, and have done business with all of the O.E.M.'s during that time such as Titleist, TaylorMade, etc. Every time I order a club with ClubFinders the club arrives in better condition that I had anticipated. The prices are also extremely competitive, on par or less expensive that their competitors. I have also sent many clubs to ClubFinders for repairs, and every single time their work is done perfectly. Kenny (General Manager) is a first class employee who is extremely professional, always quick to respond, and is an absolute pleasure to do business with. I tell all of the players that I teach and coach to go to the ClubFinders Golf website when they are looking to either replace a lost club, purchase a club, or if they need any club repair work. They are AWESOME !!!!!”
“I purchased a seat riser for my kayak and the included screws for the seat riser we're too long. I did not notice this until after I had already started screwing down the screws. I looked online and apparently this is a known issue with this seat riser. I emailed Mariner sales and it's been 3 days and no response. I had to purchase a Dremel and cut off the screws because I cannot remove the screws as they were stuck in the threaded opening. I also had to purchase my own screws. Very disappointing that they are not communicating with me.
