“Great auto parts store. Great staff. One staff member that is outstanding there is Kim. She is the sweetest and most caring staff there in my opinion. She has helped me with getting numerous parts from there and she is so patient, she will help you until you are fully satisfied. With her great service, I don’t even consider other auto parts stores and prefer getting parts where she is because of how helpful she is. I hope she stays there for a long time and I hope she gets a raise because she does a tremendous job!”

Went to an auto shop down the street at first and they told me ONE HOUR for something as simple as a brake light replacement.

“My truck battery died Sunday afternoon – after all of the auto shops were closed. I got a jump and ran it up to O'Reilly in Lucas. Ali was incredibly helpful! Not only did he find me the best battery, he removed the old battery and installed the new one! My truck is lifted, and it was unseasonably cold outside- Ali was a pro & so very helpful despite the added complications! I will definitely be coming back for windshield wipers, headlights & anything else that my car needs!”

I wz helped by an associate name of Antonio (store 2212 mckinney Eldorado n medical center Dr. I wz very impressed with this guy.
Bc after giving my info on what wz needed..
He remembered everything ever part and infom me that this car had 2 cams sensors.. (Unusual 2 cam)
I wz very impressed. I even asked him how long working he replied few months.. I wz suprize.
His attitude will determine his altitude. Very knowledgeable n professional im and old school mechanic started in 1974 and aviation technician 1994. to 2014
Not often have i meet someone of his caliber.

“Been using this store as a shop manager for over 15 years I've never had one problem with customer service Ryan is very knowledgeable and friendly he is professional and charismatic orileys is lucky to have him... that being said the rest of the staff is just as nice even the drivers here are awesome our shop in allen recently closed and that sucks cause im having to change stores and I got spoiled by this orileys. Dear coperate if you are going to use a store to train ur first call people use this store the professional side of this store is top notch and customer side is just as good!
