“Overall its good apartments with reasonable rent prices. I like the free garage option with hassle free parking. Mails and packages can be picked up easily from mail room. Rooms are spacious. Has a nice dog park. There are community events organized regularly.

Some nitpicks:
- there tend to be a lot of homeless people outside the apartment due to the bustops and gas stations near the apartment. Not a big deal if you use car for commute and dont walk outside.
- the hot water is shared by the entire complex. So, sometimes, the water may be less hot (dint experience winter yet, so not sure how good it will be).
- apartments dont have smart locks, so have to use traditional keys for entrance.
- the fan switches use a bad design and its very hard to select fan speed.
- the construction is not solid. We can hear our upstairs neighbors sometimes and the wooden cabinets in kitchen feel too fragile
- there was some molding on the ice dispenser of our fridge when we moved in. We requested the maintenance crew to clean it but they asked us to to do it ourselves.
- we have a pool, but i wish we also had a pickle ball court.

Any apartment will have some or the other issues and I think ours is much better compared to others since all the issues I have are minor inconvenience and not deal breakers.”

“I just want to tell everyone about the wonderful experience I had at the Bridge at South Park landing the whole staff was friendly very inviting and professional and Rosy was awesome with this being my second apartment and my first experience being absolutely horrible I did a lot of research before making my next move and Rosy made this process so much more easier by helping me lock in a great deal ..The apartments are beautiful and spacious the grounds are well kept and the maintenance man was very personable and friendly ...I'm looking forward to becoming part of this great community ...thank you Rosy and the whole staff you are greatly appreciated”

“I moved in a month ago to Cortland Onion Creek. Grace Withers helped me through my move in process. She still helps me now that I have moved in with any questions I have, even questions that do not pertain to the community. If she doesn’t know the answer, she is willing to find out. Grace and Brian helped me find an auto service center and I was able to get my car repaired. Renee has also been kind and helpful when I have talked to her, thank you.
Alfonso and Raul have been awesome with the work request I have submitted. In addition, they do a great job maintaining the property. I appreciate everything they do.

Then when I moved in Alec was very helpful and has some great recommendations for food and attractions nearby. The view from the lookout is incredible! Looking forward to being here for a while.”

The staff is very helpful and informative, as well as being very quick to respond to any issue or concern you might have. The maintenance is top notch. They always come as soon as possible and don’t leave unless the job is completed. The community is clean, quiet and respectful. There is literally nothing negative to say about Cortland river place”

“From the moment I toured, to pre-move in, the staff has been so incredibly accommodating and friendly. Daniel worked with my schedule to find a time to tour that worked well for me and answered all of my questions, even afterwards through email.

Prior to moving in, I had packages delivered earlier than expected and Kate, Amanda, and Lane went above and beyond to make sure my things were safe.

I have lived in several apartments in the north Austin area, and this has been the most pleasant experience I’ve had.”

“I've been living at the Clark for about 2 years now. The community is awesome and I love meeting my fellow residents! Unfortunately, I did not have the opportunity of having Alex as my maintenance professional until now. I have had trouble with my water pressure and water heater for a couple of months now. I have put in many maintenance requests and nobody had ever fixed it. Alex came this morning and fixed everything within 30 minutes! He was very kind, respectful, and knowledgeable. Hands down, the best apartment complex with the best bang for your buck in the entire city. I transferred units and resigned and extended my lease 4 months in because of the experience I’ve had. Every one of my guests praises how much better everything here is compared to the rest of the building

The entire leasing and concierge staff is incredible, but I wanna make a special shoutout to William. William helped me with my original lease as well as a smooth transfer to my new unit, and is extremely pleasant to work with.

Amber, Dakota, and Chelsea in the leasing office are extremely helpful as well. A lot of leasing agents are more concerned with getting people leased, and they don’t care after, but they are the exact opposite here.

Last but not least, James from the concierge desk is hands down one of the best assets to this building. He makes everyone feel extremely welcome and one of the best guys out there.”

“My family walked into Palm Harbor- Round Rock with little hope and a desperate need to get into a bigger home asap, as my mother n law had a botched back surgery leaving her paralyzed from the waist down. We've been renting a house for 20 years and it just doesn't have the room. Shawn Jeffries took us under his wing and treated us like family, helping us navigate through this stressful process and getting us into a home we could afford. My daughter became his partner in crime instantly lol. She now has a Mountian Dew Code Red addiction ? but that's ok. We can't thank him enough for his hard work in helping us every step of the way. “We were satisfied with the apartment. The fridge was a bit noisy. The noises from the street were clearly audible. The kitchen was large and had everything you need. I loved that it also had a soundbar and a large TV. The apartments are in a good location. There were many bars on the street. The access to the garage is not very suitable for deeper cars.”

Went into the office and spoke with Kourtney. She was very quick in getting a very quick move in date.As soon as the move in happened there were some things that needed fixed and most of them were as soon as needed.So far so good here. “I lived at Barton Hills Apartments around a year ago and recently found myself reminiscing—then realized I never left a review! Like many others, I can genuinely say Barton Hills felt like home, thanks to Marlowe, Christopher, Chelsea and the entire maintenance team.

Moving to a new city as a solo twenty-something, I always felt like the Barton Hills crew had my back. I've lived in many apartments across various cities, but I’d never had—or expected—staff to care beyond making sure my rent was paid on time (lol). There are many examples I could share: once, when I had an unexpected water/maintenance issue in the middle of the night, Marlowe personally came over to fix it right away. How often does that happen nowadays?!I also ended up needing to switch units (through no fault of the apartment), and Marlowe helped make it happen smoothly. I wish I remembered her name, but a kind lady from the maintenance crew even helped me move my mattress to the new unit with a golf cart!

All this to say, Barton Hills is a fantastic place to live and be part of a positive community. Did I mention the incredible location near Barton Springs, that you can walk to ACL every year, the fun pickleball courts and more?”

“Joey is an ultimate professional as a tattoo artist! He is very courteous, relatable, and awesome at his craft. This was a 1st time tattoo for my husband and I, and Joey made the experience delightful. We traveled from MO to TX just to have him service us. So don’t hesitate if you are thinking about getting an excellent tattoo. I highly recommend Joey!!

“I never write reviews but Eleven deserves one! They have been absolutely amazing. I have lived at 3 other apartments and Eleven’s management team is truly unmatched! I had a maintenance issue and they had someone in my apartment within 15 minutes. I couldn’t find my package in the mail room & one of the workers personally delivered it to my door. I had problems with my application and they were so quick to respond & great at communicating. I could go on & on. I love the management team, amenities, location, etc. Not one thing I don’t like about this place! Big Windsor fan now!!!”

“I lived here for a year 2017-2018, and was actually sad when I left. I’ve recently moved back in and it’s even better. The property itself is beautiful, endless trees, a creek, walking trails, off leash dog park. I loved my previous apartment and love my new one even more as smart features have been added - A/C, lights, etc. I also really appreciate the effort the office team puts in to make their residents feel at home. When we moved in, we had a welcome basket that included so many basic things you might need during a move, and even a toy for each of our dogs. They also host events for holidays and special occasions, where they offer little goodies to the residents. It’s all just very thoughtful. I can’t say enough great things about MAA Park Mesa, it’s the best!”

“Moved in here in early July. This place is wonderful! There is enough fun and activities for everybody to select which to choose. I personally especially like the lap pool for swimming and the Men’s group that meets every other Tuesday. The weekly ‘Mix and Mingle’ on Thursday has given us a chance to meet many more of our community neighbors.”
