Went shopping for a gift to surprise my gf and I guess I came at a busy time. Jani noticed I was a little lost and offered to help me pick out a set. Not only did she help me pick out a good color, but she went into the back and helped me find one that was my gfs exact size too, she was super helpful!

Customer service has been hit or miss here in the past. Yesterday, we did some later in the evening shopping after a date and Emily was amazing. She was so warm and welcoming and a breath of fresh air from prior experiences.
