Austin Body Works is an excellent and trusted body shop with a long-standing reputation in the community. The staff is great, super helpful, friendly, easy to work with, and delightful. They provide wonderful and professional service with a feeling of a small family business that appreciates its customers. Communication is kept clear, great, and impeccable throughout the entire process, with regular updates via email and phone. The entire process from drop-off to pickup and payment is smooth, seamless, and lightning-fast. They work directly with insurance and assist with arranging rental cars, acting in the customer's best interest. The quality of work is near perfect, excellent, wonderful, and flawless, with remarkable attention to detail that makes cars look like new again. They handle both big repairs and little things exceptionally well. While there can be a wait list, the experience is consistently worth it and highly recommended.
