The woman at the counter today was very knowledgeable, helpful, and personable. I received excellent customer service and would be more than happy to do all my business at this location where I know my needs will be met with efficiency and kindness.

I went to another cricket store in riverside and they said they couldn’t do anything to help me but I came to the Ben White store where Aideliz helped me so much although in the other cricket they said nothing could be done. She definitely helped to relieve my problem.
